Dear Management Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent dining experience at your restaurant.
During my visit in summer, the main door was left open, resulting in many flies constantly flying around the dining area, which made the environment very uncomfortable and unhygienic. When I asked the staff to turn on the air conditioning, I was told that it was broken. Unfortunately, there were no fans available either. In such hot weather, it was extremely difficult to enjoy the food under these conditions.
What disappointed me further was the attitude of the staff. There was no apology offered, and the staff member appeared indifferent and even dismissive when responding to my concerns. This lack of professionalism greatly affected my overall experience.
I would like to mention that the previous owner, Kim, was always friendly, warm, and attentive to customers. Her service made the restaurant feel welcoming, and it is truly missed.
I hope management will take this feedback seriously and improve both the service attitude and basic dining conditions, especially during hot weather.
Thank you for taking the time to read my complaint. I look forward to seeing improvements in the future.

Absolutely disgusted. Ordered 2 bahn Mi roast pork with crackle and got 2 revolting rolls with off meat that seemed to be microwaved and definitely not roast pork . Just the smell was enough to say NO THANKS MY dogs won’t even have a bar of it . Putrid

We had the Pho Hoa Special with beef balls, brisket, sliced beef and chicken

Both broths were clear and rich.

Wonton egg noodle soup with Char siu.

the charsui was pretty dry, some fat on it would’ve been nice.

Wontons sort of just fall apart on you and the mixture in them was very loose.

Serving sizes were great. Took away half of the pho.

Staff were very friendly.

Total of $39 for 2 people.

Small local restaurant with relaxing vibes. The staff were super polite and food came out quickly. Prices are more than reasonable considering the large bowls you receive! I’ve tried the curry laksa and egg noodles soup with crispy chicken. Both very delicious and VERY filling. Perfect dishes to warm you up!

Thank goodness for this place, as it’s a very welcome local addition to the Howitt Street neighbourhood. Ventured down there with the family and enjoyed some great Vietnamese food with big portions. That black pepper chicken with rice was beautifully rich and dotted with plenty of fresh vegetables that drove off the winter blues in just the right way. The others all enjoyed their dishes too, combination laksa, chicken with chilli & lemongrass and a lovely char kway teow.

Friendly down to earth service is just the bow on what makes this place such an easy recommendation. It’s an unassuming looking place granted, but it’s a great place for a low key meal with the family or a cheeky takeaway.

Thanks for the meal!

I ordered the duck dry noodles, others in the group got crispy pork pho and beef pho. Everyone was satisfied with their meal, full of flavour and big portions. There was an error with my order but it was no problem to fix quickly. I would eat there again.

First time doing takeout here. Food was tasty but it was a bit a little pricey for the type of restaurant.
Ps. The wonton soup was delicious and my hubby fried rice was good too.
