***SAVE YOUR MONEY*** I went to THIS Wendy’s because my friend told me they had a deal for the breakfast deal 2 for $3 and only for me to get there and they tell me the price for the “Promo is 2 for $4″…I didnt know what to say because I was confused. It was on the menu “2 for $3” I don’t like to argue but I thought Wendy’s big corporation. I called customer service for them to tell me the person in charge of that franchise is in charge of the prices. Isn’t that false advertising?? I have real time pictures. Will never come here here again. And I said NO CHEESE like 5 times to this worker only to get cheese on my sandwich.

While the food is what you’d expect from a fast-food spot, the service is what earned the extra star in this review. Natalie assisted me in the drive-thru and was exceptionally patient, kind, and helpful. Small interactions like that really matter, and she truly made my day better.

This place is beyond embarrassing. It would be faster to order via messenger pigeon than trying to order food from the lady who doesn’t speak English and doesn’t know the basic items on their menu. Even after repeating back to me what I ordered before paying (incorrectly the first try) they messed up my order.

Bald managers took my order and had trouble with putting down deal offered. Left without giving me my receipt. Waited 15 minutes and didn’t receive my ordered while other guests had gotten theirs. Went up and the bald manager didn’t even relay my order. He shouldn’t be allowed to be a manager. The other workers were nice and accommodating.

If you look at the honey butter chicken biscuit online or on their pictures you will see a nice breaded filet which I have had many times. I just ordered a combo and took a bite of this biscuit and realized that they have changed the chicken filet to a processed piece of garbage that is the same texture as their nuggets. Took one bite and threw the rest of the combo in the garbage where it belongs.

Only Wendy’s that is nearby and I don’t go anymore. Went to the drive thru and no one even made eye contact. Arm out the window holding a bag of food. Dangling it in front of me like take it and leave. Fries cold…Burger edible somewhat. Don’t go inside the smell and the sub zero degrees air conditioning makes it hard to swallow food.

Update. Second visit was less than stellar. Both sandwiches were hot but clearly by microwave and definitely old. My first visit was outstanding but I have to remove a star due to freshness. This was about a quarter to 10 am so my guess is, they tend to stop making fresh sandwiches near this time and nuke what they have under a burner. Either way, my order was not good the second time. I’m keeping the fourth star for the service, drive-thru, which was great.
I was thoroughly impressed with a breakfast. I got the number eight combo which was a sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant. It was very good. Service was quick. Server at the window was polite and the order was done correctly which is not a given for a fast food restaurant so recommended
