I love the Great American Bagel! I’m coming from out of town and I always make sure to make a pit stop there to grab some of my favorite, unique flavored, bagels.

We used to go to Great American Bagel often when I was younger and used to love their fresh, soft bagels. We moved down the road from the EGV location and never went there until recently. The location was clean, there were a lot of employees on the Saturday afternoon we visited. There were a lot of tables to sit at all, the restaurant was all wiped down and swept and everything. We got two bagel sandwiches, a bottle of water, a bagel to go and a small container of cream cheese and spent $30-35. The bagel sandwiches were great, and filling. The avocado toast bagel had to have at least a whole avocado on it if not more.
A baker’s dozen of bagels is a pretty good deal here, I believe it was under $20. Which sounds great when you consider a dozen donuts is about the same price if not more. I’d rather have a dozen bagels over a dozen donuts any day.

I needed to take the time to recognize the amazing people that work here, and recognize the quality of the food that gets made here. We started ordering from Great American on Doordash over a year ago now and have been very impressed with every delivery. Even the pickiest bagel people in the family like the bagels made here; and usually they only like Greenwood Deli or Once Upon a Bagel — so it’s really nice having such a great bagel place nearby.
The most impressive thing to me is that every employee seems to care about what they are doing. Every special instruction I’ve asked for on Doordash has been perfectly followed. I cannot rave enough about how special that is to me having allergies like I do. To have that special touch on top of how fresh tasting and, overall, high quality everything has been makes this a for certain go-to for us.
Serious shout-out to the fantastic employees they have here.

I’m not sure how wrong they can get an order… I ordered an avocado breakfast sandwich. They were out of avocados which was not a big deal, but I ended up with an avocado toast sandwich… without avocado? The rest of the order consisted of two tomazzo bagels, two sesame bagels, and an asiago bagel, and a cinnamon crunch bagel. I only received one tomazzo, zero sesame bagels, zero asiago, and one cinnamon crunch. The receipt was so incorrect that we couldn’t figure out what was what. What a mess, unfortunate since the bagels taste great.

The Best Bodacious Beautiful Bagel in the Northwest can be found here. Great American Bagel has some busy bees busting out these bagels. If you’re driving by and see a long line don’t fret. The service is fast and attentive. Great American Bagel has a corporate sound but make no mistake this is a family operated business and it shows. Make sure your working aged high school student works here. I’ve seen the owner train and he teaches the fundamentals of taking ownership of your work. The food feels like little works of art infused with love and pride. This will have to be a must see destination if you’re in the mood for it. Go here first

Ouststanding local bagel shop. Service was superb with every item made to order. Busy morning traffic we went at 10am. Variety is good and we ordered hot and cold items and everything was fresh and tasty. They even have a little treat for your furry friends with a bagel shaped dog bone. Too cute. In the middle of the restaurant seating area you can watch the baker freshly make the days bagels. An overall cool experience with great food. They also make their own cream cheese which I highly recommend and locals rave about .

I work nearby this place and I’ve never been here before so I went to try it out for the very first time today and it was so delicious! My bagel sandwich was huge and I was full throughout the day! Great service, friendly staff! I will definitely stop by more often!

This is a post covid disaster. Prices have soared, and the food quality has dropped. We used to love visiting here years ago when you could watch them make the bagels. Now they have that area blocked off. So, the dine-in experience is dull and confined. We ordered a bagel with chive and onion, and the cream ch eese is now 90% plain, with hardly any chive or onion.
