We had such a wonderful experience at the Pizza Hut in Jacksonville, TX! Ty, the manager, is incredibly personable — I loved how he stopped by each table to welcome guests and check on everyone. Kylee, our waitress, was amazing as well! She was so attentive, and her attention to detail with our (admittedly complicated) order was outstanding.
The salad bar was fresh, the pizza was delicious and not greasy at all, and the whole place felt clean, warm, cozy, and festive for Christmas. Our first visit earlier in the week was so pleasant that we came back again — and both visits were just as great.
During the chaos of the holiday season, it was such a treat to relax, enjoy a good meal, and let someone else do the dishes. Highly recommend!

Visited this location last week for lunch. They were very busy and had someone at almost every table, but that did not stop the team from being friendly, helpful and kind. The buffet was never empty. Had a constant flow of fresh hot pizza. And the price is great right now. Will definitely be back.

I ordered a pizza and they were out of the topping I wanted. I had someone call me however I didn’t answer and no voicemail was left. I didn’t know it was pizza hut.
When I went to go pick it up, there was nothing to pick up….
I’m assuming the cook/ managers name is Jason, cause that’s what my refund receipt says. He told me they were out of the topping and that they had called me. I told him there was no voicemail left or I would’ve called back.
He states theyre too busy to do that and then said he tried calling 3 times lol Yet there was no other customers in the drive thru when I got there nor when I was there waiting to resolve it. My phone is new and nothing is wrong with it…. Only ONE call came in. I’m confused, they’re too busy to leave a voicemail but they can call 3 times? Yet my call log says otherwise.
He was very rude and snarky. So I sure as hell was not about to get a pizza made there after he seemed so upset.

Best pizza in Jacksonville: hands down. Super friendly staff and the manager even took the time to come check on us to make sure we enjoyed our meal. Will definitely be back when I’m in Jacksonville TX.

I’ve been coming to this pizza place since I was a kid — it’s always been one of those nostalgic spots for me. But this last visit just wasn’t the same. The buffet felt really skimpy, missing a lot of the goodies it used to have, especially on the salad bar. Some of the veggies didn’t look very fresh, and the pizzas were a bit too saucy this time.
I really hope they bring back that old charm and quality that made this place such a favorite growing up. It still has the potential — just needs that same care and flavor it once had.

The Jacksonville Pizza Hut is the Go-To for lunch outings with my teen granddaughter – we find it far superior to all other Pizza Huts we’ve tried. We attribute this to 1) the extremely PLEASANT and always ACCOMMODATING manager, Sarah; 2) the top-notch FRESHNESS, CLEANLINESS and VARIETY of the buffet; and 3) the obvious ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND SERVICE. And by the way, reasons #2 and 3# are most likely attributed to #1 – proper oversight by the supervisor, who is almost always on site. Our loyalty to this restaurant lies in large part to the management and staff who word hard at delivering a great product at a good value, and always with a winning attitude. That deserves to be rewarded with loyalty since we seem to be living in a realm of complacency. Plainly put: Our hometown Pizza Hut is the bomb-diggity – and so are the people behind it!

Pizza Hut is always a reliable choice for a delicious meal! The pizza is hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings exactly the way I like them. I also enjoy their pasta and wing options — great variety for the whole family. The staff are friendly and make sure your order is correct, and the restaurant is usually clean and comfortable for dine-in. Delivery is fast and the pizza arrives just the way it should. Definitely a go-to spot when you want tasty, satisfying food!

I’ve always enjoyed the food here and have been ordering from this Pizza Hut for years without any issues, but tonight was disappointing. I ordered a large 1-topping pepperoni pizza, traditional wings, and the Oven-Baked Cheesy Alfredo Pasta for carryout. Unfortunately, I received a plain cheese pizza instead of pepperoni. I know I should’ve checked my order before leaving, but I’ve never had to before because they’ve always gotten it right. The wings were great as always, but the pasta was honestly terrible this time it tasted watery and had almost no flavor, which isn’t how it usually is. Hopefully, this was just an off night because I’ve always loved this location and I’d hate for that to change.
