Drive thru only? Dumbest thing I’ve heard of in a while. No lobby or restrooms, just a congested one way in one way out drive thru. No way to get out if you decide to leave or in case of emergency with a backup that leads into a main road.

For a drive thru, ordering in advance should make things more efficient. We waited 20 min to pick up. Also, if you are only drive thru, napkins and hot drink sleeves should be included. The drinks were watery and bland. Surprising, since Starbucks generally maintains a high level of service. Please fix this. Our experience was sub par and disappointing.

I ordered a drink in advance that was supposed to be ready for PICK UP at 8:30 AM. I arrive to pick it up and had to wait an additional 20 minutes in line. They should not accept online orders if they are short staffed. Otherwise everything was fine just order there though.

Drive thru only and only one very small line in/out of the drive thru. We ordered ahead-BIG MISTAKE- the line to get to the drive thru was hanging out onto 23 mile road. So no way to pick up our drinks. I had my 2 month old grand baby in the back seat and was not willing to get hit sitting and waiting for a drink. We called them and told them, they did not offer a refund. DO NOT EVER PRE ORDER.

I have had to call 3 times now because my drink is not good! Other times its perfect! I hate having to call and complain but $6 for a coffee is not cheap & it should be perfect everytime. No excuse. This was my latte before I even took a sip. I opened it because i kept thinking why am I not getting anything when I tip it & then why is it so weak?? I dont think I will be going back.

Very slow. They can’t seem to get drinks out the window quickly when they are drive thru only. Doesn’t make sense.
