Whether it was user error or the all mighty system but when I got my order it was not what I expected. I called and they where supper polite about it and worked with me on the issue and even made a new pizza to what I had ordered. Top notch customer service and great pizza. I will always order my pizza from here.

Pizza was lukewarm at best, ordered with 7 toppings; did not see jalapeño peppers, very little of the other toppings. Reminded me of a cheese pizza that they accidently put a couple of toppings on it. Pizza was supposed to be pie cut, nope was cut in squares. First Domino’s pizza I have bought in awhile. Don’t waste your money at this place.

On October 17th I visited High Point Nc. I was staying at a near by hotel and ordered a pizza. As time passed, I sat in my room with no pizza. Finally I called to inquire about my pizza. The manager said, sir that pizza was delivered by his driver. I said I’m sitting here with no pizza. Then he tells me that they deliver to this hotel daily, he puts his trust in his drivers, if they said they delivered it, they are correct. Basically he was calling me a LIAR, because I have no pizza.
About ten 10 minutes later there is a knock on my door. Over an hour and a half, there is dominoes pizza delivery guy standing there with a cold pizza, apologizing because he left the pizza at the wrong room.
I wish I had taken the name of the manager that night, to ask for an apology for calling me a liar. The next time I visit High Point, I promise you, I will never order dominoes. I’m pretty sure they don’t want money from a LIAR! SMH

The manager Chris davis is trash! he is rude, disrespectful, has absolutely no customer service skills! the workers are rude! this big back heffa drops my sauce on the ground and actually tried to hand it to me! they don’t go by the 2minute free pizza rule!!! stopped the time at 1:08 and when I confronted them about it, they shunned it off! Ordered delivery and waited an hour, called the store and they never bothered to make the order. Basically spent $40 bucks just to have to wait 6 business days to get that $40 back. Colossal waste of time.

The lady told me to hold on for a brief moment and I ended up waiting for fifteen minutes and so I ended the call because I believe she forgotten about me. So I call another place and they told me south main is my restaurant, which I understand and call them again getting the same lady. I was about to place my order when she tells me that they can’t deliver which I assume was because they have no drivers. This wouldn’t be frustrating if I wasn’t left on hold for almost twenty minutes just to find out they couldn’t even deliver anyways. Do better and hire people who can drive this late at night because that’s just ridiculous.

Recently under new management— the staff were phenomenal; friendly, respectful and very professional! The pizza was delicious—full of toppings, super cheesy and melt in your mouth! The pizza and breadsticks were the best we’ve ordered from dominos! We will definitely be ordering again!
