My family has gone here for lunch twice now and I don’t know whether or not I would recommend this burger king over La Vale or Grantsville. We stopped in for lunch Thursday and it was extremely busy. The employees seemed very stressed out. There were only 3 people working and we had to be asked to hold off on ordering on the kiosk. The employees up front were very obviously stressed out but remained polite as anyone could be in that situation. But the person in the back seemed very angry that we were there to order food. We could hear cursing and some inappropriate comments regarding other customers waiting with us. I’m assuming this was a manager as the employees up front didn’t have name tags. They apologized several times for the wait but that was the only positive part of our experience, the food was cold. We went back today around lunch because we didn’t get the SpongeBob meal since the drink was unavailable and the restaurant was so different it almost didn’t seem like the same place. The employees seemed to be in good spirit and the assistant manager (the lady with reddish hair) was so polite and the employees seemed to be comfortable with her. It was a stark difference between the two experiences but we would certainly return if it was a repeat of today.

My local Burger King is hands-down one of the best! The staff here are always happy, kind, and genuinely welcoming every time I visit. The food consistently tastes better than other locations, and the restaurant is always clean and inviting.
They also have an awesome playhouse that kids absolutely love—it makes stopping in so much more fun for families.
A special shout-out to the manager who usually runs the morning shift. She is absolutely amazing and always goes above and beyond to help customers and make sure everyone leaves satisfied. Her dedication truly makes this Burger King stand out.

Food is good. Customer service is definitely lacking. Ordered Breakfast yesterday morning and the manager had an attitude about adjusting price. Everytime you order food here regardless of time of day or the amount of people there, it takes 20 minutes or more to receive your food. This place has never been this bad. I really tried here. I ordered a good bit of food to feed my entire family with some ice cream. The food was cold and I was missing a few different things. Support gave me 3 coupons for $15, saying I could use them as reimbursement. This was a lie. I can only use 1 $15 coupon and another later, and still have to spend money to get the $15 off. So not much of a reimbursement. I found this out after trying to use the coupons and it not working.. I had to email support again that it didnt take the $15 off my order. Then today I thought id give it another shot. I placed my order and went to the store. The drive through was not working. So I went inside where I was greeted with chaos. As some one who works in the F&B industry, I understand pressure so I patiently waited. There was no order inside. All of the customers were being ignored. I stood for about 10 minutes before finally being acknowledged that I did put an order in, I waited another 5 minutes and watched my food being prepared. During this time, a customer had come up and told the cashier he had mozzarella sticks he did not order. The manager told the young man they can be used. He put them in my bag and called my name. I asked if he put them in my bad and he said they are fresh. I told him I had been standing there watching for the past 15 minutes and none of the food had been fresh, onion rings or fries, they had not been filled. He asked for a different set of mozzarella sticks, but I am at the point I’ve lost my appetite. Burger King had always been my favorite fast food. After moving to Frostburg I thought I would be lucky having them close, but this burger king has been nothing but a disappointment. There is an issue every time I go there. The food doesnt wven taste the same as other locations. Corporate really needs to pay attention to this one. And the Health inspector really needs to pay them a visit. Id not trust this location. LaVale BK is 5 minutes away, or McDonald’s is one minute down the street.

Customer service is really bad, no manners what’s so ever. We wanted the 2 for $5 breakfast deal, we didn’t know you had to ask for it beforehand so whenever we said “it’s supposed to be $5” the manager said “you have to ask for it before hand” and continued to say “they have to ask for it! It’s not your fault!” To the new guy working, we weren’t mad or upset. But the service is definitely trash. This isn’t the first time we ran into issues there either. They have good food though!

This was by far a wonderful experience for a fastfood place and could be given 5 stars. That being said when I went to this particular BK, I was greeted by very friendly workers. So I struck up a conversation with them and they were great, very helpful, generous, and friendly. They even let me try the Impossible burger which I had never tasted before, not a fan (as someone who eats meat) I’ll say it wasn’t the worst thing either, but it was really nice of them to give me one out of pure curiosity.
Hardly anyone in the building, so we chatted and had a nice time laughing. They were telling me stories of how they go above and beyond for customers needs, they told me a story how a husband came through the drive thru and stated his wife was pregnant and was craving a specific sauce, so they filled a small bag of that sauce and give it to the husband to give to his wife during her pregnancy cravings.
This particular BK has a playground attached to it but unfortunately it’s closed due to something being cracked and they stated a work order was created and they are waiting for it to be repaired.

Takes 30 mins to take care of 3 people in the dining room, everyone behind the line is stressed out yelling at customers because customers are asking where their food is. Shame to the game.
As time goes on its like watching a monkey slam a square peg in a circle hole…and nobody’s wearing gloves. The more you look the worst it gets.

My boyfriend and I came through the drive through and ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers, we waited for our food in the drive through for over 5 minutes and when we got our food I started to eat mine and realized there was no bacon on my burger but they charged us for it, then I opened his up and his didn’t have any either so we went back through and told them that the burgers didn’t have bacon, and showed them the receipt and the manager that’s about in her 50’s with grayish black hair was VERY rude to my boyfriend and kept slamming the window shut on him when he asked about being refunded for both burgers, not just one. Which now, I don’t even care about the burgers I just feel very disrespected with how she handled the situation and spokue to us. Not only was she rude to us but you could hear her being rude to her employees as well, talking to them with a very irritated and disrespectful tone and that is just unacceptable.

Place has improved greatly! I had been years before and had several instances where my order was messed up everytime.
I went back a few months ago and things have improved. It’s always clean now and 1 out of 5 times I’ve been there since was my order not perfect. It was also immediately solved once I brought it to their attention.
Love the chicken wraps and everyone is always nice there.
