i had accidentally chosen the wrong straw that are for purchase and i was shocked and genuinely didn’t mean to do that i said sorry and then as i wait for another drink she starts speaking about what i had did to this other male worker, and mimicking me on how i did that. she has done this multiple times same brown haired with glasses woman , she has spoken about us multiple times and went as far as writing down my description because she assumed we were stealing !

Today is probably the 4th time I’ve gotten a drink from Starbucks that was barely half full. Considering coffee is about $5 a cup if not more I don’t think it should be half full. Won’t be coming back to this location. It’s not a one off experience this has been multiple times. Please train your staff to fill drinks up.

Great people who as always say hi or welcome to all who come in. The atmosphere outside needs help. Often there is trash in the bushes and parking lot. I will see the same trash remain in place for weeks at a time. Three of my daily menu items have been taken off the menu permanently – the yogurt parfait, the oatmeal, and the miniature scones. Love the coffee, though! I am a daily customer.

This is the BEST Starbucks in Elk Grove! Staff is awesome, friendly, efficient and absolutely have perfected their craft. I ordered a Matcha Green Tea Frappuccino with no simple syrup (sweetener allergy), double blended, and it was perfectly delicious!

Quick, fast order and checkout experience. Drink was ready in no time. Everything you would expect from a Starbucks. Been here several times and will continue to stop by this location while I’m the area.

I’m so dissapointed holiday season and I paid for my coffee but wait 2 cups with only half of it . It wasn’t full when i open the cups .Seriously guys? Are you guys trying to save some coffee for yourself ??? Great shop, awesome staff at this one. Always get your drink right, fix it on the extremely rare (I think twice out of 300+ drinks that I’ve ordered here) occasion when they don’t. Wait times are reasonable all hours of the day, nice partially shaded outdoor seating. Great indoor seating as well, perfect for study groups or small business meetings.

NO FREE WATER WHATSOEVER. One star. Even if you have your own tiny water bottle! The lady who helped me today was kind of rude. I’m on my bike and I just wanted a small cup of water. Nope. Definitely not very customer focused. Next time, when I have my wallet on me, I’ll be sure to take my business to a different location.
