We have been coming here for quite some time but lately our kids have been enjoying the burgers and fries until recently… I ordered an Italian sub and asked for ONLY honey mustard as a sauce. by the time I got home the sandwich was so soggy my son couldn’t even eat it. They put an excessive amount of honey mustard AND mayo, even though I specifically asked for only honey mustard on his sandwich. The last few times we’ve orders junior burgers, they have gotten simple orders wrong. They added cheese to all of our burgers even though we only requested one with cheese. There were a lot of inconsistency’s the last two times we ordered the pepper steak sandwiches.We tried to give them a little grace, however they just can’t seem to get things right. The first time, the sand which was so spicy because they overloaded it with jalepeno’s . Don’t get me wrong, we love spice!! But this was overkill. The second time the sandwich was incredibly dry and soggy at the same time. The meat was very dry and the bread was soggy from the sauce!
The last 3 times we’ve ordered soup from here, the flavor has been off and they don’t fill the cups all the way! I understand not wanting to overfill the cup to prevent spilling. But I’m talking about a whole cup worth of soup missing! If you’re paying $7 for a bowl of soup, you should be getting your monies worth. I have reached out to this location to explain our frustrations, not looking for a refund or an order remake, but to make them aware of how horrible the food has been lately. They don’t seem to care and are not willing to make any accommodation’s. Even if we wanted them to remake the order, I was told that I would have to come all the way back with the soggy sandwich to show them that we could not eat it… I let her know that I ordered right before they closed and we are a family of 6. It was not possible for us to come back that night and I didn’t think to hold on to the sandwich all night. She said there’s nothing we can do. They need to do better!

I will start off by saying that we typically avoid eating inside this Bruchi’s due to the grease hanging off the ductwork and the amount of grease in the air when you walk in. It is also very frustrating that They will shove all of our orders into one bag and make it impossible to carry without ripping the bag, For the price you pay, I would think they Could use more than one bag when our order typically contains at least four subs and multiple bags of fries. As far as the quality of food, it is very frustrating when the cheesesteaks look like they came out of a vending machine and were shoved into a microwave, when you order two identical cheesesteaks, and somehow they managed to put all the cheese on one cheesesteak sandwich and most all of the meat on the other cheesesteak sandwich for the prices you guys are charging. Your food should present itself better than the cheapest fast food joint in the Tri-Cities.

The young guy at the counter barely looked up from his phone to take our orders. He had to pause his ear bud to interact with customers! He spoke barely above a whisper. The staff wears their gloves while doing everything and I’m not sure they are changing them. I tried to use the bathroom but the toilet & seat had feces on them so I opted to hold it until I get home. The food was pretty good but I’m worried about contamination with their glove use/lack of disposal.

Ate here for the first time today. Ordered a chicken sandwich and a steak sandwich. Chicken was dry and overcooked…steak sandwich lacked flavor. We won’t eat here again. Disappointing.

Ordered a Cuban, plain with mayo (thinking there could be lettuce and all that) and another burger plain. They put salami and mayo on the Cuban and the plain was fully loaded and forgot the drink. Sent teen back ONLY to ask for the correct Cuban, not worried about the rest and told “we had no way of knowing because you said plain with mayo, honestly I almost just put mayo and no meat”. Made them pay again.
