When me and my husband walked into Dunkin today we weren’t greeted when we walked in I look around to see if I seen anyone to take our order and their was nobody there so I had to use the kesio and being blinded by the sun the whole time then we order our drinks witch we got a frozen chocolate that was made correctly then we got a strawberry daydream and it wasn’t made correctly at all and the only reason why I know this is bc Greenville my hometown makes it correctly all the time and greats me all the time do better

I ordered a ice Carmel Craze with 3 extra shots of expresso($4 and some change up charge.) Got my drink and you can tell that the extra expresso isn’t there. The drink looked and taste like milk as to other dunkin’s I’ve been to and got the same drink where it comes out dark brown and can definitely tase the expresso. In short if you don’t get a menu item as is your probably getting ripped off. And not the first time this has happened at this dunkin.

I ordered, pulled up to the window, received the donuts and drink I had ordered, then was told to pull up to the 2nd window, which I did. After waiting 20-30 mins they hand me my hash browns I ordered, I pulled away and proceeded to open the container that had my hash browns in, I went to pick one up And every piece in that container was so Cold it was shocking, giving the benefit of the doubt I took a bite, THE HASH BROWN WAS FROZEN! IT CRUNCHED! THANK GOD FOR HAVING TO PICK UP MY CHILDREN OR I WAS GONNA BE CIRCLEING BACK AROUND….. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

The last few times I’d gotten donuts or munchkins, they’ve been stale. The iced coffees I get have been good but even if I’m the only one there, it’s oddly slow.

Went inside on a Sunday morning to get donuts. There were 5 workers inside. I was second in line. I stood there and watched as those 5 workers ignored everyone standing in line inside in preference of those who were either in the drive thru or had ordered online. Not one worker even acknowledged the gentleman in front of me, and I was silly enough to stand and wait and try to be patient for 10 minutes. In that time nobody acknowledged ANYONE in the inside wait line.
To say I will NEVER be back is an understatement.

I bought coffee from you twice in a row, and both times it was warm, not hot. When I order hot coffee, I expect it to be hot, not just lukewarm. Unfortunately, I only realized this after getting into my car and driving away. Also, the filled donut seemed a bit undercooked inside.

20min wait in the drive through…

They barely have a menu.. every other option was unavailable.
What items we did get ordered we ended up sitting at the drive through asking multiple times for each item they forgot till they completed the order, do check lists not exist anymore?

They would just throw items out and try to push us on our way…
Not spending 22$ for a half filled iced cap.

This is also my iced cap after it finally settled 5 mintues most of the drink is whipped up cream.
I haven’t even taken a drink of it yet…

Just got home and checked out my sandwich…
I’ll just go back to Tim Hortons as my morning stop.

I now understand why i only go to dunkins in the morning. The last few couple times I have gone at night. the first night they had no ice and didnt tell anyone and made me wait in drive through for 10 minutes waiting on a drink that never came. I had to go inside to see what was going and and the young girl tried to lie and tonight its 730 thr young person in drive stated they cant make lattes due to they are cleaning the machine… my guy you still have 2 and half hours.. Biggby for the win I guess. So sad cause the day shift crew is amazing but the night shift now so much.
