Placed an order at 5:30 was expecting it to be done at 6:30, ended up taking an extra hour and a half. The workers are not the issue it is clearly the franchise not having enough employees schedule for busy days or in broad terms mis managing the entire store

The manager has no respect for his customers. His co workers are saying something else and he’s saying something else. I needed to adjust my order. Placed me on hold for 12 minutes and then manager picks up to say we can’t customize the orders. I drove 25 minutes for him to say I can’t do anything do u want a refund. His tone of talking was horrible. Never going here or buying from this location ever again.

Went these Saturday night to pick up and order. walked in and the place was empty. No worker in sight. The phone even rang and still no one came to the front. My boyfriend literally at the walk behind the counter and yell out, the staff peaked around the corner all the way by the back door and starting giggling asking if someone was in the store. They saw us and still took a while to come up to get our order out. Airpods in not even remotely aware of who’s in the building. Literally could’ve gotten robbed and they wouldn’t even notice… Definitely wouldn’t order here. The pizzas were drenched in sauce…

We keep trying to give this location a chance but we are officially done with them. We placed an order at 4:25p and they had a window of pick up from 5:11p-5:16p…6:30p rolls around and our pizza still isn’t “in the oven” per the website tracking. When it finally updated that the pizza was in the oven, the tracking info went away so we had no clue of your pizza was even ready. I went into the store where at least 8 other adults were waiting on their orders and I tried both pizza portals by entering my code and it said my code was invalid so we just never received the pizzas we paid for!! How is this acceptable? I’ve contacted corporate twice now because this owner should be reprimanded or shut down. It is so so bad. Also attached is a picture of our last ordered received from this location after waiting 30+min over the estimated time the pizza would be ready. I feel bad for the employees because they always seem understaffed. Same on this owner! Avoid at all costs.

It’s an okay fast pizza service. They do claim they have certain items hot and ready but I have never been able to get an order without waiting. Usually the wait is less than 10 minutes. The pizza is very greasy but also inexpensive. The cheese bread is good and I usually get a pepperoni pizza. It’s good for feeding hungry kids quickly.

Ordered on line. Deep dish half mushroom. Received this tiny 6″x8″ ALL mushroom. $9.80. Told them about the issue. I needed cheese. There only solution to their mistake was to sell me a cheese round for $6.60 in 15 minutes. Should have been free for the mistake and wait.

Received a pizza that was cut into tiny pieces. Looks like they cut it into triangles slices and the cut it into squares. Called the store and the manager was very rude. Would not provide his name and hung up on me. Ordered 10/04 talked to manager at 4:55

Nobody here even acknowledges your presence. Completely understaffed for a Friday night. Place my order almost 2 hours ago, estimated pickup for half hour ago and still no activity. Long line of people being ignored. My family likes this pizza but is anybody even managing this store? Really sad. I feel bad for the 1 or 2 people working that are completely overwhelmed. Do better L.C.!

This location is terrible. Their wait times in the app are always inaccurate. Their quality is sub-par at best. Today’s pizza was not even the full size and there was nothing extra or most bestest about it. If it wasn’t nearly an hour after the estimated wait time I would go straight back and demand the food be remade.

This store needs to close and quit pretending to be a service to the community. Never on time and employees care less about service. I’m finished giving them the opportunity of getting my business. Ordered at 5:35, app said ready 6:57-7:02. Now 7:45 and still nothing and no idea when it will be ready. People waiting over two hours for orders. Need staff.
