Love how there’s still a Pizza Hut nearby! Their food is so delicious, I even made a painting for the restaurant and they actually kept it! The only complaint I have is that the buffet is only open for lunch on weekdays. But still, I had very great memories here and formerly the Boaz one!

Thank you to Pizza Hut in Albertville are bringing back the nostalgia of the pizza buffet. The food was hot. The waitresses were consistently bringing out hot food to fill the buffet, so it was never empty. If you wanted any special pizzas, you could ask a waitress and they would have that pizza made. I would definitely go back.

Got pizza from them yesterday literally had NO sauce on it. Called up there an they gave me a credit. Had my husband pick it up today. Manager told my husband if it wasn’t made right this time she wasnt gonna re make it again. Also had a employee tell us yesterday that if we didn’t like how they did something then go to dominos then. WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN!

This is one of the best pizza hut we ever been to they still have the old dinning experience with a buffet. Cathy was a great severe she was so helpful with getting us a lot of of food for a great price and still had some to take home will be coming back here

I never complain BUT our pizza was horrible! Pizza Hut used to be our favorite ,when they closed the Guntersville location we would drive to Albertville instead. There was barely any sauce on our pizza and it literally tasted like cardboard. I know that’s a cliche but it’s true. I opened a jar of pizza sauce when I got home and we dipped our pizza in that.I just don’t understand this after spending almost $45 after taxes and tip! I work in a restaurant and have never complained like this but it was bothering me too much.Be better and Do better!

We were trying to use an online coupon and it was not compatible with in store. We were told we had to order online even though we were sitting in store. Was not able to. order online so we ordered in store and then we were told that it was in the oven. We still tried to get the coupon off-line we were told we could. the Pizza Hut app would not work properly and 15 minutes later when we asked them where our pizza was at it had not been put in the oven yet. We had to leave by a certain time because we had to be at work. So we left that day with no pizza that should’ve been an oven 30 minutes ago and still no pizza.

This Pizza Hut is the best service and quality food from a Pizza Hut in my opinion. It’s a very special pizza place to sit down and eat . Our server Brandi was super nice and always checked up on our table and made sure we had the best experience while eating out . So the conclusion is if you want to have Pizza Hut I recommend going to this one if you want a good pizza .
