Fantastic quality fast casual place with an abundance of options to choose from. The place was clean and servers were very friendly. I enjoyed every bite and left feeling like I got my moneys worth, which is saying some given their prices. I also appreciate that they accept InKind which made it a bit cheaper. A pleasant atmosphere, a little chilly but nice, the music perfectly complementing the Mediterranean food… I was truly impressed by the service at Mezeh, so kind and respectful to the customer, fast service, and a huge thank you to Ana… I had the opportunity to visit Mezeh and it was my first time eating there. I mostly order online, and Ana always remembers my name and greets me that way… I really appreciate it… and I always feel welcome… Highly recommended

So honestly I love their food, but twice now in a span of 2 weeks, I have gotten a drink, cucumber and lemongrass and mold has come out into my cup. The first time I was on way out of town so I couldn’t take it back, the second time I was looking for it, and boom!, There it was. I took it back into the store, told the employee , only for him to say “ it’s not working. Well there was no sign on it and it despensed my drink which I might add I sampled before adding a fulll cup and it taste fine. I told him they need to put a sign up and he was very nonchalant about it.. no one made any attempts to put a sign up so an unexpected customer like myself won’t have this experience.. needless to say to say I won’t be back becasue clearly they don’t care. No apologies, nothing!!

Absolutely fantastic food in the real ceramic bowl and steel utensils instead of stupid dangerous plastics that leak chemicals into a hot food.
One change I’d do is getting rid of stupid Dyson hand dryer in the bathroom. Useless annoying stupidly designed thing with no ergonomics, not effective crap.

This place should be called Meza Flavor Festival. Everything was delicious. The first bite surprised me with a good spice and texture and then it kept going- until it was a party.
Following the basic blueprint of the shawarma heat bowl, I built my own, improvised with spicy lamb and beef shawarma.
Pickled turnip and some croutons and it was at a whole different level.
Now I have a reason to stop at Bowie Towne Center. The service was good and they do a good job of not rushing customers down the line. I was a little intimidated at first – no menu board to get you started… but maybe that helped me and got me to plan a little better.
Parking anywhere near the front door is a long-shot. It’s always full along the storefronts.
Almost forgot to mention- cilantro hummus. Excellent! I can’t afford to come here every day, but I may have to come back tomorrow!

On 10/25/2025 (my visit time even having Mezah) visited the Bowie location. Ordered bowl with lamb, lettuce, tzatziki, pickled onions and hummus. I also purchased baklava and a pita wrap. I sat down to eat my food, and the lamb did not taste right. I went to the cashier and explained the situation, and I was told my male cashier to wait and then the female that prepared my food came over and said you don’t like the food. I explained to her that the meat tasted funny and I couldn’t eat it. She took the tray of food and threw it in the trash. At that point I asked her will she be giving me a refund and she said no you paid with a card so no. I was confused because she throws the food away first without even asking. She told me I needed to call customer service, and they would help me. I asked her for name and the number she said a name fast and wrote down the number that ended up being to the catering department. When I asked her name again so I could write it down she stated she cannot give me her name. I was confused why she couldn’t give me her name, and I explained to her that I needed to have her name since she threw my food in the trash and let whomever I spoke with who directed me to call. She refused to give me her name. At that point I asked for manager she stated there is no manager here. I asked her to call one and she said no she can’t. She proceeded to laugh, and I told her it’s not funny and she said it was. I proceeded to call Bowie Town Center security office, and they told me that they couldn’t assist. I called Bowie 911 non-emergency and they came onsite. She finally gave a name to the officer but it wasn’t what she said at first because originally it started with R and then she told the office Kary. I am demanding my funds back for the bowl. Receipt 4:26pm (20960045) $15.95 Furthermore the employee should be addressed in the way she handled this situation. How is it that you can’t get a refund and there is no manager onsite.
I sent feedback via website multiple times and filled experience form that was completed 10/30/2025, 11/3/2025 and 11/11/2025 (3 times this day). The merchant does not send a confirmation email of receipt of form.
