This want to be “Chicago deep dish pizza” is AWFUL. The crust is very tough and the bottom was burnt. It doesn’t contain much cheese or ingredients. This pizza had huge chunks of onions and green pepper and little meat. It made us wonder, if the cooks even knew how to cut up veggies. This pizza doesn’t taste anything like the delicious pizza everyone loves in Chicago. Chicago deep dish pizza has tons of cheese with tons of delicious toppings, plus the crust isn’t hard and never burnt. Nancy’s pizza needs a lot of work. Their price is extremely expensive and the pizza doesn’t contain the ingredients, your expecting or paying for. The customer is not getting their money’s worth. If you truly love Chicago style deep dish pizza, don’t waste your money on this knock off. We also tried their loaded waffle fries, which were hard and not eatable. The Cesar dressing on top, was bitter and disgusting. Our St. Louis pizza puts this knock off pizza to shame. If you love a delicious cheesy pizza loaded with delicious ingredients on a great crust, you truly don’t want Nancy’s deep dish Chicago pizza.
The location in O’Fallon is take out only.

I stopped in while passing through to try their Chicago-style pizza. It was fantastic! Great flavor, crust, and cheesy goodness. I’ll definitely stop by again next time I’m in town!

We were so excited to get their pizza. Then we had issues with their website. Once our order was entered the coupon that’s good through 11/30/25 said we had to have the app. We downloaded the app and the coupon for 30% off wouldn’t work. We called and the girl said the manager said they expired and there’s nothing they could do! WTH! By this time I was like, my time is valuable so this is the last $109 and change they will get from us!! Monical’s will be getting ALL our business from now on. Bait and rip us off NO MORE!!
Edit- Shanney reached out to explain there had been a miscommunication and would be taking this to corporate. The coupons should have worked. She did make the situation right and we look forward to giving them another try.

Good pizza, stuffed isn’t my favorite, though. Definitely in the same league as Giordano’s. I ordered the Uncle Tony’s (Italian sausage, pepperoni, green peppers, onions.) Since this location is carry-out only, it had cooled off by the time I got home. The mozzarella cheese still had a pull to it when I put a couple of pieces on my plate, and the mixture of flavors collided in mouth for a good tasting pizza.

Ordered Nancy’s for delivery. We got 3 pizzas. My son liked his thin crust pepperoni and pineapple. The Uncle Tony’s deep dish was great. The thin crust spicy pepino was good and actually had a good amount of spice. The price was a little crazy for 3 pizzas @ over $100. This would definitely be a place we would order from again if we want good pizza.

I ordered food for our company lunch. I didn’t realize they were not open for the time I needed the food. The owner didn’t say anything. She took the order and even came in with another employee to make all the food. It was DELICIOUS!!! Best Chicago style pizza. All the employees loved the food. Owner is over discount for the holiday. Take advantage of the discount and try Nancy’s Pizza for yourself ….YUMMM! I paid $10 per person (40 individuals) w/tax and tip. Great price for delicious food!

Always a pleasure.
Been coming here for years ever since A Better Pizza sadly departed from our fine city. Nancy’s really came through and filled that deep dish void.
The crust, sauce, and most importantly, the cheese, all work together in perfect harmony. Exactly how you would expect from a high quality Chicago style pizza pie.

This was my first time trying Nancy’s pizza. Here’s the pros and cons I experienced: The women at the counter was incredibly friendly and the food was ready quickly. The bread sticks were good and the order was correct.
The complaints I have are that the pizza had tinfoil on it (probably to keep warm) but it had fused to the cheese, so no matter how easy I pulled it back 70% of the cheese came off with it 🙁 so we ended up only eating the few pieces intact on the edge (those few slices were good!) The fries seemed like they had sat out for a long long time.
Overall I’m chopping it up as a one off experience and will be giving a second try eventually
