We hosted a team pizza party for 14 kids at Papa Gino’s Tewksbury and had such a great experience.
The staff was excellent from start to finish. With that many excited kids, things can get a little chaotic, but they were incredibly patient, flexible, and helpful the entire time. They even let us move around some of the tables so the kids could sit together and do a small craft while they waited for the food, which made such a difference and kept everyone happy.
The pizzas came out quickly, everything was fresh, and the team really made the whole event feel easy and relaxed for us as parents and coaches. It’s clear they genuinely care about making sure groups have a good experience.
We’re so grateful for how accommodating and kind everyone was. It made the team celebration really special.

I placed my order on my way home from work and it said it was to be delivered by 5:43pm. it’s now 6:30pm and it says my order was completed at 545. so I’m not getting my food until at least an for after it’s made by the time the delivery arrives which is still hasn’t.
I am so upset about this. I knew I should’ve just picked up my order so I could eat dinner when it was actually hot and tasted good. Now it’s going to be gross and soggy and I’m out over $46. Tried calling the store and was out on hold and no one ever came to the phone after holding for over 15 minutes. To say I’m upset it’s an understatement!!
the driver picked up the order at 5:37 pm but didn’t deliver it until 6:35pm. according to the receipt.

The only good part of my order was that one of the subs was free. We ordered an italian sub and a veggie sub. The bread tasted so nasty, for both subs that we ordered, almost like it was old from the previous day. We both worked for papa ginos in the past and the subs have gone way down hill. You can get a better Italian sub from Market Baskets kitchen and with more toppings since papa ginos limits online orders to 4 toppings ONLY. Horrendous experience. I’m glad I didn’t pay for it.

Rhonda is amazing. Everytime I come here she is very friendly when she is clearly understaffed and overwhelmed. She is a 1 woman show while being a good leader to the 1 or 2 people that are here. I hope the owner appreciates her because she is literally the only reason this place stays in business. Give her a raise!

I went in to get a piece of pizza for lunch today. The manager herself assisted me. She walked around from outback making food, reach in our pocket, grabbed a dollar, put it in a tip container of some sort and then continue to grab my piece of pizza with the same gloves. Absolutely disgusting. As a manager, this is embarrassing! I will never eat here again!!!! Do better!!!!

I’ve been eating here since I was a kid, the pizza is unique and tasteful, the Dining Room has a Very comfortable atmosphere, and is kept neat and tidy, delivery is always on point, and the hosts and hostesses are very friendly and polite.. only negative is it’s a bit pricey, but hey inflation right?
