My husband and I came here the weekend before St. Patrick day. When I say we were blown away at how good this place was, it was all we talked about for the rest of the night! We were immediately sat and offered menus. we were excited to try some of the local beverages that we were familiar with but also had the choice of trying some new brews. The waitress was wonderful, giving us some of the new things coming soon and some of the background and history of how this pub came to be and hopes of where it will go. The food here was amazing! The size of our plates were enough to be full and still have enough to bring some home to have later. The wings were full size! And sauce was delicious. The burger was made with bacon in the meat itself and cooked just the way I liked! The fries were hand cut and also cooked perfectly! When asked about a small brew that was in its experimental phase, we were offered a sample to try..its safe to say this cozy spot is a must-see because we sure will be going back ourselves! Thank you for a wonderful date night!

I’m not sure what has happened to this place since it got new management but it is not the same. The service is terrible. Even sitting at the bar we put our empty drink glasses in front of us obviously for a refill. We got ignored entirely. You barely get a hello from anyone working. The food has gone downhill. I see that whenever someone posts a bad review they respond incredibly nasty. If you can’t handle the reviews then don’t run a restaurant. Your number one goal should be pleasing your customers. Not attacking them when they voice an opinion. Shame on you. We won’t be back!

I remember years ago (long back when) the pub didn’t have a very good reputation. THIS IS NOT THE SAME PUB! Even from a few years ago, the interior has been significantly update and renovated. The food was delicious! This place has come a long way and we completely enjoyed our meal!
I got the chicken cheese steak and the sauce was really good. We got each of the three desserts and they were also very enjoyable!
I highly recommend the restaurant!

I have been here a few times and it’s never a bad meal! I ALWAYS get the Bavarian pretzels with cheese sauce! Nachos and broadway burger are great as well!
Last night we had the steak and strawberry salad and beef tips with alfredo( special for the week) and both were absolutely amazing. Will absolutely be getting the salad again!!!!

Broadway Pub in Bangor is a solid spot for a casual meal. The food is tasty, and the menu has a good mix of options. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. It’s a great place to grab a drink or enjoy a laid-back evening.

Best wings hands down, we had to get more to go! My boyfriend got the cheesesteak. I tried a few bites because and I didn’t want to put it down. Definitely the best I’ve had in the area. I had the chicken pesto penne and that was also pretty good. My mom had the short rib grilled cheese which was decent but the meat didn’t seem to have much flavor even with the garlic aioli. Service was absolutely amazing even considering the tons of questions we asked and not finishing until a little after closing time. We didn’t feel rushed out at all. Will definitely be going back!

Wings! Must try – made just right. Tender and juicy on the inside and lightly crispy on the outside.
Small town pub feel with very good food. A locals vibe, meaning this is where the people who live nearby eat/drink.
Not just a drinking bar either – plenty of families dining in and although the quantity of food is limited, the quality is high.
Good beer selection – not going to find rare beer on draft or anything but a nice variety, that should be sufficient for the average beer drinker.
This is not a cheap dive bar.

This place is my go to when I’m in need of a pick me up.. The food has been very consistent over the years. Wraps, burgers, steaks, and salads are slamming but let’s be honest the big attraction are the wings. On Sunday it’s all you can eat and these are not shrimpy little birds like Buffalo Wild Wings. Service is very friendly and the place is always very clean. Only real criticism is that they should have more help. Last time I went the place was full and the poor waitress was playing bar back, waiting on tables, making change etc.. she was very attentive and was not frustrated in any way, but I felt bad for her. She was the only server in the whole place! Give her a raise and get her help 🙂

Above and beyond regular pub food. Bar space is nice and cozy while also being well lit and open, with multiple tvs to watch a game. We’ll be back for sure with friends. Prices are very reasonable and the beer selection is better than others.
