If I could leave a zero, I would. I ordered a shaggy roll, chicken katsu bowl and Hawaiian chicken bento box. All of the items had an old, weird taste to them. When I asked for a refund, I was refused and told I could get a drink for exchange. Mind you, I paid nearly $40 for the items and I felt ill as soon as I tried consuming the sushi. The other food is untouched, basically a waste of money and food. There is no policy stated on the order menu, receipt or otherwise posted at the establishment stating that refunds are not available, so I now have to dispute the charge with my bank which is very unnecessary as I tried to be reasonable with the manager regarding these issues.

Ordered Bento box to go. The rice is old smells weird and taste nasty, even the sushi it taste old. So I ended up throwing it away. Obviously is not a fresh steam rice. Won’t recommend to anyone

Figured I’d give it a shot because everything else was busy. Ordered the pork katsu ramen and a mango shake. The ramen was literally frozen ramen like you can get at h-mart. $13 dollars for ramen I could eat at home. It would be different if it tasted better but the more I ate it the quicker I lost my appetite it wasn’t gross just disappointing and I didn’t finish it. The shake was good but it’s hard to screw up a mango shake. The service was fine but why am I being promoted to give a tip to some I didn’t talk to? It’s self service so you put in your own order on the machine. I didn’t have hopes going in and I wasn’t disappointed.

We were pleasantly surprised with how yummy the chicken ramen in miso soup was. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the portion was perfect. The guys running the counter were very nice. We will be back to try other food items!

Highly recommend others to try this place out. I had Chicken Ramen and Spicy Crawfish Roll, both were so delicious.

Got the Hawaiian bento box , food was old dried with no resemblance to chicken, did not eat asked to speak to the manager, clerk claimed to be the manager and said no refund or exchanges then offered to give a drink for food. Would not recommend

Me and my brother decided to try this out over going to jinyas (big mistake)
Possibly the worst 20$ I’ve ever spent we literally threw away the food after one bite.
And we are not the kind of people to waste food especially when it’s 20$.
We both got the toketsu braised pork belly ramen so I can’t attest for the sushi but looking at the display case it wasn’t promising
They messed the orders up in the first place my brother received a beef with miso I received the correct order but we weren’t too upset and just went with it
The noodles were disgusting and not cooked all the way and had a weird starchy taste after chewing for a bit
The beef was as far from tender as you can get and tasted like unseasoned jerky
The pork belly was at the very least edible but not very well seasoned and not tender which pork belly is literally supposed to be the kind that melts in your mouth. It was almost like chewing on prime rib.
The boiled eggs were practically frozen
The miso tasted like bone broth cut with water
The toketsu tasted like the juice from a can of corn kernels
You’d be better off cooking some top ramen in a bowl and throwing some bacon in it before ever thinking this place would be good.
Save yourself 20$ and just go to jinyas.

I was eargerly awating their arrival and to say that the hype was worth 100% the wait. Their tempura rice bowl was amazing and very filling. I 100% reccomend going here for the cravings.
