Classic & modern Italian dishes are served in a semi-formal dining room with a low-lit bar area.

We had dinner for the first time. We were the only guests in the dining room, which was surprising to us. Lovely ambiance and decor. Nice atmosphere for special occasions. The food was prepared well; tasty oil mix for the bread, fresh Caesar salad. The entrees were presented well and very flavorful. Leah was attentive and very pleasant. Would love to see additional vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options on the menu. I like that the menu was on one page; very smart and savvy. We did not meet the chef. Surprising, as it was not busy. We would have loved to chat with him. We will return.

The food was very good and the ambiance was nice. We got a table outside and had the patio to ourselves. I was surprised to find it mostly empty on a Saturday at 7pm, and I was a little put off by how pricey the menu was, but the food was fantastic and justified the price. The staff was very friendly and attentive. If they added some mid-range options to the menu and improved the wine and beer list a little, I’d be a regular. The price makes it more of a special occasion restaurant rather than a weekly destination, but with all the mediocre italian restaurants in the area, this was a welcome little gem.

Our first meal here. Only about 4 other tables filled while we were there. Our server was incredibly prompt, but needs a bit of training. Overall she did a nice job. Served a bit late, the bread with olive/canola/parmesan dip was very nice. We had the stuffed peppers on the menu as an appetizer, which was a huge portion and outstanding. Just enough heat for pepper lovers and the sausage was amazing. My wife ordered a Caesar salad with roasted chicken. The salad had a nice light dressing (my wife hates salads drenched with dressing). The roasted chicken was large pieces of chicken versus the sliced bland pieces often found in salads. I had the special for the night of roasted cod with beans, corn, and cilantro sauce. The sauce was incredibly fresh. The cod was perfectly prepared. Just the right size serving. My wife and I eat out 4 times a week locally and around Cleveland. We were both excited to find such a nice spot so close to home.

Fabulous little gem! Wonderful, fresh food. Attentive staff. We loved it when it was Oggi. This is as good, if not better.
Cozy, elegant but relaxed atmosphere – the kind of place where you can feel comfortable in anything from a tux to shorts.
We have dined here many times since our initial review. Food has been always been outstanding ! Staff is always wonderfully attentive , without being in you face !
We have never seen it busy, yet it deserves to be packed every night of the week. Yes, it is in a strip mall, but you can’t tell once you are inside, and the little outdoor Patio’s are surprisingly pleasant , despite been next to a parking lot ( never any traffic near this part of the lot). You would pay much more for food this good and fresh in a freestanding restaurant It is one of our favorite places in Cleveland.

Our dinner was outstanding! We will be back soon. The entrees were beautifully presented and the food was very flavorful. I even order an entree to go because I could not decide on the dish. I highly recommend this jewel in Broadview Hts. This is italian food at it’s finest!

To be honest I probably won’t go again. We went for lunch and I was surprised at the prices– I had a cheese sandwich, cup of soup, and was hit with an upcharge when I asked for an alternative to the French fries that came with the sandwich. Full entrees started at $20. The salad I had with the sandwich was good but the sandwich itself was a bit soggy. They didn’t have the tomato soup listed on the menu and I didn’t care for the vegetable soup–too much squash and hardly any broth. It seemed like it was made up of leftover vegetables without much attention to flavor.

I suggest this place to folks all over NE Ohio – can’t give this place enough kudos! Atmosphere is great, food is amazing – the stracci and lasagna are wonderful and among my favorites – and the price is very reasonable. I saw one comment about it being pricey and it is if you compare it to Olive Garden or something like that but Oggi is on a completely different (and vastly higher) level. I can always count on great calamari (not breaded btw which is way better IMHO), a great wine selection, wonderful pasta/land/sea specials, and a near perfect martini (house dirtied martini is wonderful!). Going there again this week! BTW, If you’re a Strongsville person, you should try the sister-ish restaurant of Oggi, D.C. Pasta – another amazing place and if I recall correctly, it’s a joint venture with the owner of Oggi… and it shows in the food there, too.

Fantastic restaurant. Great food and service. Atmosphere is not romantic, but friendly without being obnoxiously loud. Veal marsala is is the best. You won’t be disappointed no matter what you order.

1st and formost, the staff and service was excellent…Started with beer. I had bud light (oh, this the last bud light we have at 5 o’clock on Saturday, what?) my companion had goose island Ipa. Bud light was 50 cents more than all the other bottled beer. Oh, and no craft beer t this establishment. Both beers were beyond their freshness date. We ordered the tuna tartar, I’m not used to fishy ahi tuna. My companion enjoyed his bolognese. I had the beef short rib. Not what I call short ribs. 4 bits of steak grilled with barbeque sauce on a bed of coleslaw with baked beans. Certainly not worth the $28 price tag. We’ll not be back.
