We used the drive thru to order. When we got to the window, we received the wrong order. My boyfriend and I both used to work at sonic and we know that workers aren’t supposed to take food back because technically it’s contaminated. They of course did take the incorrect food back and they asked us to pull forward while waiting on our food to come out… they then proceeded to hand the food we handed back to them after reaching in the bag and opening the chilli cheese tots we were wrongly given to look inside it to the car behind us and we could tell because the bag was crumpled from us. I’m disgusted. Once we were actually given our food, we realized that they didn’t put extra candy in my blast that I paid extra for and actually only put the candy on top of it, was not blended. The photo of the tots speaks for itself and the corndogs were chewy and cold.
I understand that high schoolers need jobs, but yall need to hire some better workers who actually follow company policy as well as simple instructions.
Also tell the girl at the speaker to stop rushing customers and huffing and puffing through the mic. You chose this job, so stop pouting about it.

Used drive through and Spent over $30 for cold, burnt fries and chicken bites. What makes it so bad is they cooked one fresh order of chicken bites and then still used old ones for the other. This isn’t the first time this has happened but it will be my last because I will never stop here again. Teach your employees how to do their job!

The waitresses were sweet and attentive. Unfortunately the last two times I’ve been there, I’ve ordered blasts and the toppings were just placed on top of the ice cream and not mixed in. This past time they made me a new one after I said something. It also took 15-20 mins after ordering at the drive up to receive my ice cream.

The food at this Sonic location is always good. We have had good service too. They brought the wrong ice cream and before we said anything she noticed. She had usd keto there wrong one and immediately brought the right thing out.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Sonic location. I placed an order for a Sonic Blast and waited over 10 minutes without receiving it. When I politely informed the staff that I had been waiting for quite some time, I received no response or acknowledgment. I continued to wait another 10 minutes, but still never received my order. The lack of communication and poor customer service were incredibly frustrating.

I was in the dining area probably 25 minutes and saw at least 6 people come in from the drive thru to say they were given the wrong order. The staff acted like it was just an oopsie but they don’t realize how annoying it is to pull away from the drive thru and realize later that you got the wrong food and then you have to go back and go in and wait in line inside. The service inside was so slow, I didn’t really get exactly what I asked for either. I overheard the ‘manager’ talking about finding mold in some of their food in the kitchen, and was pretty nonchalant about it like you can just pick around a batch with mold in it. You got a hot dog with no dog, just bun and chili. The chili was all in the bag and all over the fries and chicken tenders. After getting the refund, we found the weenie the bottom of the bag. From what I remember, they used to just hand you the hot dog. Definitely dropped and lied about.

Terrible food. These are the new “Groovy” fries??? They were small, hard as a rock and completely inedible. The burger tasted old, the lettuce was soggy and the tomatoes were old and mushy.

The kids running this store keep closing the lobby hours early and not taking orders at stall. They can’t even answer and say plz go to drive through. They just keep hanging up on the stall with nothing said. 830pm 1/3/26. (This also is not the first time I’ve had this problem here) The owner operator Whitney brown needs to get her store in check!

I really don’t like the location. I’m always disappointed here. I got a ice cream blast and paid for peanut butter to be added extra and didn’t get it. And they picked a hole in my cup so it leaked out on to my clothes!! Plus I got fries and they gave me a half full fry box!!!
