The staff at this MAD Greens location is always friendly, even when the line gets crazy long. Pro-tip: use the app to order ahead before you arrive and you’ll save a ton of time. I had the Orchard Salad , and you could really tell how fresh everything was. Definitely a great option for a healthy lunch downtown!

I ordered the Group Green Goddess Pasta Salad from Mad Greens through Uber Eats for an event, but only received a single serving instead of the group order. The receipt showed that the store fulfilled the wrong order. When I reported the issue to Mad Greens customer service they refused to assist and directed me to Uber Eats. When I reported the issue through the Uber Eats app (including a photo), I was told the report wasn’t received and nothing could be done. Mad Greens failed to read the order correctly, and Uber Eats didn’t verify it. I ended up paying $49.74 total (pasta salad-33.75 pre tax) with no resolution or accountability from either company. Terrible.

Always amazing salads! Have eaten at Mad Greens DOZENS of times, and the salads never disappoint. Wraps are great as well. If you’re looking for a great salad, with fresh ingredients, and the ability to make your own special salad as you watch them make it, this will become your go-to place. I walked around most of the day and couldn’t decide on what to eat. I made a great choice by trying this place out! The food was fresh and it was easy to order and customize. They have rice bowls, salads, juices, etc. I ordered the southwest salad. The ingredients were fresh and the serving size was satisfying. I also ordered a green juice and a rice Krispy treat. They have indoor seating. It looked like a popular place for locals and those who work in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I swear Mad Greens must sprinkle a little happiness in their salads, because the employees here are unreasonably cute and funny. Like… how am I supposed to order a normal lunch when everyone behind the counter is out here being adorable, cracking jokes, and acting like they actually enjoy their jobs?? My salad was delicious, but honestly the staff is the real main course. 10/10 would come back just to be complimented by someone wearing gloves and holding tongs. If you need a good meal and a free serotonin boost, Mad Greens is the spot. ✨

I mentioned that I’ve never been here before, I had a long day of travel and just wanted something that can lift me up.
