Waited over 10 minutes in the drive through. The burgers were not very good. So much mustard it dripped off onto our clothes. Fries were average at best. Cheese curds were greasy. The flavor of old grease overwhelmed the flavor of the cheese. I had an upset stomach the whole drive to our destination over an hour away. Would not recommend. Will not go back.

Ordered for my wife and I for curbside pickup. No issues with my wife’s order. My order, however, was totally a hot mess. I ordered the bbq chicken strips basket and extra dipping sauce. I opened the box and what I found instantly angered me. They tossed three chicken strips on the bottom, then the two toast pieces on top of those, then three more chicken strips on top of that. To finish it off they threw the fries on top of all of that. I can guarantee that my driving didn’t do that. The Sunday evening crew doesn’t give any attention to detail or care to a customer’s order. This is the second time in a row the order has been messed up. I also got zero dipping sauces. The saving grace is that the food is good, but I really did NOT want my fries and toast soaking up the bbq sauce. What to blame? Having it all in one box is not a good idea. A box with dividers would be better or package it separately. That staff? Management needs to train these kids better.

Shorted a fry, both burgers were cold. Only live 2 minutes away. One burger had so much mustard that it had to be scraped off and was warm at best. The other, the cheese wasn’t even melted. Waited 10 minutes for food so it should be hot? Called and was given the run around. Sorry bessemer dq. You failed.

I ordered a s’mores blizzard and instead I got a gram cracker and vanilla. No chocolate. No marshmallow. Disappointed but it’s fine. Double check what yall order I guess.
