foods decent if you actually get it. Ordered my food online for pickup. got there 40 minutes later for her to tell me that they hadn’t even started it yet and it would be another hour. This has happened multiple times to me now. There was one other car in the drive through and nobody inside. Very pissed off its even an hour wait if you go up and order without preordering. thwy need to get themselves together

I’ve been here plenty of times and always get the same order. When I pulled up to the window I was told one total, and I said it’s usually this total, and I what I ordered online was different from what I was being told. When I mentioned it, the worker was rude instead of helpful. She said well it’s “9.69… oh wait 7.70” so I gave her 7.67 at first then gave her an extra quarter and never got my change back. Instead, the window was shut on me. Mistakes happen, but the attitude and lack of basic courtesy weren’t okay. The lady with the brown hair working the drive thru is not friendly at all. Every interaction I have with her is not pleasant.

Declining Quality
Happy Wok used to be great the first two times I tried it, but the last couple of visits were awful. I always order the General Tso’s chicken, and lately it tastes completely different — the sauce is gritty and gross, and the meat tastes old. The chicken used to be fresh and crispy, but now it’s soggy, off-tasting, and honestly unpleasant to eat. The quality has gone downhill fast, and I won’t be ordering again

TERRIBLE customer service. Middle aged woman with long brown hair & loud voice took our order over the phone. When we went to pick up the food and she said she never took an order with our phone # or food order. Completely lied to our face. Do not recommend.

I ordered off the lunch menu for myself and got kung pao chicken for 8.00 I also ordered a small chow mein noodle plain and an order of crab Rangoon. The prices here are ridiculously high for the quality of the food. I paid almost $30 for a lunch! Never again! See pictures my $30 worth of food!! Should be 1/2 the price for lunch.

I used to love this place. VERY SLOW service. Not by any fault of the cooks. They are wonderful, the food is wonderful. But the lady who works up front needs another person to help take other orders. I think they just need more help. When I walked in it smelt like a week old garbage bag. I couldn’t even fully enjoy my food because of the persistent smell.
