Really good sushi in Shelton and I live in los Angles and have had sushi in Japan and Sao Paulo so I know my sushi. Great rolls and beautiful sushi boats! Fresh and delicious! My go to place for sushi when I am back in Shelton visiting family. Awesome service and a great selection of saki. Will be back!

This is one of the best sushi restaurants in the nation and is my all time favorite place to eat! Their homemade sauces and incredibly high quality fresh fish are the stars of the show. I get their 10+ ingredient spicy mayo as a dressing for my salad, DON’T miss this!!!! I was getting full but I wanted just a little more, so I ordered a California roll with that spicy mayo. I couldn’t handle another giant specialty roll.

I have been going here for some years. The one thing I can say is you cannot get better service than this place. By time I got here and seated all food was served in twelve minutes. To top it off the food is very good quality and Hunan Pan has continued to do this for the last 17 years I’ve been going. If you want great food with the best service you can receive. Hunan Pan is the spot. The owners are hands on an help cook serve and do anything to make sure you food is served promptly and of your satisfaction. Try them out you wo t be disappointed

Hunan Pan has always been my favorite place for sushi. I’ve been coming here faithfully for 20 years. They welcome you like family. The sushi chefs are articulate with their amazing sushi rolls. My husband and I really enjoy our date nights sitting at the sushi bar. Thank you for all your years of great service ❤️

I’ve been eating here since the old location! The restaurant is beautiful and very clean. The service is always great! May is the sweetest! We started with a scorpion bowl – so yummy. For the appetizer, we ordered fried vegetable dumplings. We also ordered sushi. The spicy crab and for the first time, I tried the Blue Dragon roll, its spicy tuna with asparagus on the inside, and crispy lobster salad on the outside.. wow, was it delicious! Also ordered a side of pork fried rice. The best around! Everything is always fresh and delicious. Love this spot!

Best sushi you will ever taste! Menu has large variety of selections! Don’t eat sushi? That’s ok there is Chinese too that will knock your socks off! Everything is super fresh and made to order. Owner Joe is very friendly and goes out of his way to please! Sake is top notch! Martini menu is ! Give them a try you will not be disappointed. They also have a room for private parties!
