I can confidently say this is the worst McDonald’s I have ever experienced — and that’s really saying something. If you’re looking for cold food, long waits, and a side of attitude, this is apparently the premier destination in Hawaii.
The fries tasted like they were prepared during a previous shift and thoughtfully saved for me. My meal was cold enough that I briefly wondered if it had been stored in a beach cooler. Nothing says “quality service” quite like unwrapping your food and realizing it’s already lost the will to live.
As for the customer service — absolutely unforgettable. The staff managed to make ordering feel like a personal inconvenience to them. It’s impressive, honestly, how consistently unfriendly the interaction was from start to finish. No aloha spirit here — unless “aloha” now means “please leave.”
Overall, the experience was impressively miserable. There are plenty of other places to eat on the island. Do yourself a favor and choose literally any of them.

The crew was so unprofessional.There was no communication with the staff and customer. I asked fir a large shake when I got there they gave me a small told them it was wrong but her answer was I charged you for small. Asked for well done fries she just stared insane till I asked for a manager. Even the Manager was clueless.

Taro pie was good. Took FOREVER to get my pop and taro pie, the service was TERRIBLE. The manager (?) was rude and didn’t care that I didn’t get my food even though my friends were half finished theirs. Everything else was fine.

Used points for a cone. Stood there for 5 mins, no line. Employees decided to do a bunch of other stuff first. Then they give me a 1/2 sized cone. After I sat down he made me stand back up and walk over to get my cold after standing there for 5 minutes.
Then my father came in and tried to order it took them 20 minutes to figure it out cuz they are completely incompetent. He got another cone it was also less than half size. They also got the price wrong. Yes 1 2 3

Absolute garbage attitude from the workers. I order to eat at the restaurant and grabbed a table tent with the number on it. The workers set the tray on the front counter for us to come grab it and yelled our number. They are too lazy to walk across the restaurant to bring the food to the table and act very rude and annoyed about it.

They got my kids’ happy meal orders wrong. They included the wrong sides and didn’t have the advertised Elementals toys. I discovered the problems after leaving the drive thru and when I went back to ask for the correct sides, the employee was defensive and surly about it. Also got a messed up looking quarter pounder burger bun.

KoKo & I eat McDonalds everyday for breakfast and dinner. This location hands down is one of the best McDonalds locations. The food always tastes good and well prepared, the bathrooms are always clean, the staff is friendly, the whole place is always nice & clean. Great ownership

Ordered food on app ahead of time, came here, it’s not ready, so i went back out, 15mins later still not ready and when i asked everyone looked clueless. It’s been over 20mins since order was placed and im still here waiting. No sense of urgency even after I told them I’d been waiting and running late for something. Guess no point ordering ahead here.
