I’ve eaten Pizza Hut in multiple states and cities. This Pizza Hut exceeded my expectations. Best Original Pan crust I’ve ever had. Fresh ingredients, mushrooms were perfect and the flavor of all the ingredients and sauce were just perfect.

I typically order from Domino’s (I love the garlic butter crust!) tonight Domino’s was having a system issue, I couldn’t order on the app. I decided to give pizza hut a chance. I ordered the big New Yorker with triple toppings and garlic cheese bread. The price was a higher than what I would have paid at Domino’s but I wasn’t too upset. Pizza hut is .2 miles from me. The delivery charge was a kinda high but that’s what I get for being lazy. They now hire a third party to deliver? Strange but ok.
Pizza came 8 mins later than expected but it was hot.
Unfortunate that was the last positive about the order. The pizza was terrible. Barley any topping, very little sauce or cheese. The crust is definitely preformed. It had a cardboard consistency and little flavor. The bread sticks were cheesy. Not garlic at all. The side of sauce was almost tasteless, as if it was watered down.
This is the last order I will place with pizza hut.

Well I tried. I haven’t gone to a Pizza Hut in almost a decade, as I felt the products had taken a big down turn towards made in the cheap. However, their new Tavern style pizza seemed worthy of a try. The reviews I have read have been positive, so I went and got a Tavern style Ultimate Tavern pizza with sausage, pepperoni, fire roasted peppers, grape tomatoes and parmesan-oregano seasoning.
They claim it is their biggest topping transformation in over a decade. However, it isn’t. Same small crumb sized toppings and wafer sliced pepperoni. The crust is a special thin crust, which, on my pie, was under baked and doughy. There was hardly any sauce but it was generously topped with the seasoning mix. Again it didn’t look quite as nice as the.commercial or ads show. We ended up throwing over half the pie away, primarily due to the under baked crust.
We also ordered the Cinnabon mini rolls which tasted like.thwy were baked potato earlier today and had warm icing drizzled over them.
The ordering process was easy and the pizza was done and ready when I arrived. But that will not overweigh the taste test which means it will be at least another decade before I order from Pizza Hut.

No more. I’ve had it paying close to $30 for a dry, large pizza that is always skimpy on the toppings. Delivery sent Door Dash and sticker not sealed properly. Gross. Never get extra cheese even when paying for it. Only positive for Pizza Hut, is Dominoes is sbout the same, Papa John’s maybe a little better, but might as well buy frozen.

If I could give the service zero stars, I would. There was no one in the store but the little cashier, order taker was rude and rushing me and barely let me get my order out. This location is right around the corner from my house. I now remember why I stopped coming here.

First and last time. This one is on my way to my house. One of my household members wanted to try it. I walked in and it felt grungy. No one was smiling, no one looked up there were 2 others waiting…the line got long after me still no one looked and said hello. Finally mine was ready. The older lady came over to ring me out, no communication. I couldn’t wait to leave. The place looks dirty, no one smiles or welcome you. No one said anything.
