Decided to try the rib tips and they were delicious soft and tender seasoned well and the sauce was just right, loved the pizza with Cajun seasoning crust this was excellent on my pizza, but the chicken tenders were overcooked and hard.

This is the worst pizza restaurant in Lansing. It has went downhill. The quality of the food is not good. I ordered a pizza for delivery at 7:14 pm. I didn’t get my pizza delivered until 9pm. The pizza was so cold the box was even cold. The girl that answered the phone was very rude. The manager did offer to remake my pizza and have one sent bacķ out to me, but after waiting close to 2 hours for a pizza I didn’t want to wait another 2 hours for another one. Bad for business. I will not be spending my money here again.

I ordered a large, WELL DONE pizza. What I got was a mess. The pizza wasn’t even centered in the box, part was folded under the lid while the rest was completely torn/separated and bunched up. Like an accordion. Oh and when I tried to eat the mess that was my lunch it wasn’t even cooked through! It was wet and doughy in the middle! I sent an email to customer service twice with no reply.

Pizza was fresh, delicious and piping hot. Customer service was on point. Would have given five stars but toppings were skimped on as you can see in pictures. There was like one olive on four of the slices of my pepperoni and olive pizza. Ham was lacking on the pepperoni and ham. Pizza was still damn good though.

Just ordered. First pizza was soggy, dripping in oil and completely soft. Called and complained to have it remade and this is what I was given. Truly disgusting and unprofessional. serving a pizza this way is totally unacceptable, when this is literally a reorder for your first careless attempt. Clearly entry level workers who have little experience in food service and quality control.

The food was great, the employees where awesome and the atmosphere was good. On March 1st 2025 I said my niece over to get pizza cuz I come down to take care of my mom and they walked in and there’s two employees fighting and arguing at the counter that is ridiculous there is no reason for that when there is customers in a store both of them should be ripping matted So my niece left that place and went to dynamo’s in ordered our pizzas from there I’m very unsatisfied with what the outcome of they had to go through there at that Happy’s Pizza place.

Will never go back. Ordered a pizza that got delivered. It did not have what I ordered on the crust. I called and was offered for them to remake the pizza and send it back out BUT it had to only have one piece missing. Or they would offer me a 1.50 credit. I chose to have it remade. Because you guys messed my order up I have to wait another hour. The delivery driver has to wait his time coming back. All they had to do was credit me the whole pizza and I would of picked it up another day. I get the short end of the stick in this deal. I do not blame the manager I blame whoever comes up with the policy. Good job buddy you lost any future business because of one pizza. If your employees mess up you should want the customer to feel appreciated not cheated. I do not care if it was not a “charged item” will tell anyone that trys to order around me not to.

We ordered potato wedges and wings. Everything was cooked perfectly.and was soooo good! I didn’t rate atmosphere because we used delivery. The delivery guy was super polite, I wish the delivery fee wasn’t so much so we could have tipped more, but I’m hoping he gets the acknowledgment.

Ordered delivery got a pound and a half of chicken tenders and only got 3 tenders when I called up there to figure out why, apparently they “weighted them” and the THREE tenders weight 1 1/2 pounds. Weighted them at home and they barley weighted a pound. Will NEVER order from this place again (per pic they said each of these tenders weight a half pound)

I haven’t tried Happy’s I’m several years so I thought I would give them a try. Not impressed I ordered 3 Large 3 toppings each. I ordered the regular not thin and garlic butter crust. My pizza came with I guess regular crust no flavor and it was super thin. I called she refunded me $1.50 ea pizza as a store credit which I probably will never use. Spent a lot of money left very disappointed
