The first time I went there were a lot of homeless people hanging out in front of the store. Merely because of the homeless shelter Yale Navigation Center being a block away- the bathroom had broken glass pieces on the floor and it wasn’t restocked but the customer service was great. Even under pressure during busy hours the team still manages to great hangry customers and unpaying customers with a friendly smile and a polite response.

So we rolled up to the Jack in the Box at the Brookfield Promenade on Brookhurst, and let me tell you, it was everything I expected. I grabbed the Ultimate Cheeseburger because, well, it’s in the name, and it did not disappoint..super cheesy and exactly what you need after a long day of absolutely nothing. My girlfriend got a chicken sandwich, and I threw in some tacos for good measure (because obviously, it’s Jack in the Box, and tacos are a must).
Now, I’m not saying this place will change your life, but if you’re in the mood for something to satisfy that “I need something greasy right now” vibe, this is your spot. Jack never lets you down when the munchies hit

I ordered a classic grilled jack wrap no pickles and they gave me pickles, I ordered the milk tea boba and the boba balls were bad nasty I’ve had it before and that’s not how they are supposed to be. I went inside and I asked for another one because these were wrong the lady inside said they can’t but with an attitude if I remember her name was Maria or something similar. And she said I would have to buy another one and to ask for a refund on my app. Well they app is horrible because it made me do all these thing that led to nothing and never got my refund and I’m not going through so much difficulty to continue the return process which seems like it goes nowhere for just 10 dollars. My order was oct 4th at around 5pm

I had a terrible experience today. The drive thru attendant was rude and not helpful at all. He didn’t answer my questions and basically ignored me. I was very upset and asked him why he was not answering my questions about the menu. He told me several times “they were at the bottom.” He told me to come inside. I went inside because I was extremely upset. I asked him why he did not answer my questions. He said again “they are at the bottom.” I asked him for a manager, he said there was no manager. I asked how can I speak to a manager he said I am in charge. I asked him for his name. He said his name was “Andrew.” I asked him how I could get a hold of the manager. He gave me a phone number really fast. I asked for it again, he repeated it really fast. I could not write it down. He asked the customer that was after me if he could help him. This “Andrew” was a short Hispanic guy. I will not come here again.

Nothing special about the food, exactly what you would expect. Good quality. Service is nice, professional and courteous people. The location is excellent, really easy in and out, plenty of parking. And the restaurant is well kept.

For the first time I came in for breakfast at this location. The place was empty, not that it’s any better for lunch either.
I ordered the Loaded Breakfast Combo. The order came out really fast, which made me very apprehensive. Well my worry came to fruition, the hash brown that came with my order was not fresh. It was soggy and lukewarm. Since I already took a bite, and not to ruin my morning by arguing, I just finished it.
Next was my Loaded Breakfast, I took a bite and immediately tasted American “Cheese” on top of seems to be sitting on a warmer eggs and sausage patty. You can taste the grease since it was not fresh. The “cheese” was barely melted. I took it back to the counter and informed the person in front that I asked for “no cheese” when I ordered. He said no, I only asked for soda instead of coffee. I know for a fact I said “no cheese” right after I said “Number 24, Loaded Breakfast Combo, No Cheese.” The substitutions for soda came after. Instead of arguing, because it was going there, and ruining the rest of my day, I said “it’s ok, thanks” and I threw the bread with cheese in the trash. Mind you there was no apologies or trying to make it right, I guess I’m the customer and I’m always wrong.
The bathroom was clean though which I had to use because of the American “fake” cheese, could be the eggs too!

I mean, what can you say about a fast food chain? HOWEVER, you can say how clean, and neat it was, and it was spotless! VERY impressive for a fast food restaurant!
Food, excellent! Can’t beat the tacos! Lol! And the Sweet Cream Coffees are THE BEST! Seriously, if you haven’t tried them and you like sweet, creamy coffee, I highly recommend them!
And a shout out to the gentleman who helped me at the counter, Andres! Thank you for your kindness for bringing my food to the table! I am handicapped and I thought that was so sweet ♡! Five stars all the way ☆☆☆☆☆

Had to sit here for 2.5 hours while my car was being serviced next door at Pepboys (Don’t go there, see my other review) Back to this JITB, very clean, manager was super nice while taking my order. As I was waiting, a guy from JITB corporate came in to do an inspection on the place. I watched the whole thing. During his inspection, the inspector continually praised this location on its cleanliness and attention to detail on very minor things in my opinion. It was really cool to watch that process as a fly on the wall. 10/10 would recommend this JITB, especially if you having your time wasted by the “auto repair” shop next door.

Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich combo the only thing that was edible were the fries, before taking a bite of the sandwich I looked under the sourdough and had to take the tomato slices off they were absolutely sick looking and there was almost no sauce on it, I took one bite and it was pure rubber I tried one more bite and got gristel along with the rubber texture, I left it all on the table and walked out, I haven’t eaten at a jack in the box for years and this my first time back I now remember why, I’ll be avoiding it for the next many years.
