We ordered food late night at this Wawa location. This guy who was preparing our food told to pay at the counter even though we already paid. We told him it’s already paid, he still didn’t have us our food until the counter guy interrupted. I’m starting to hate this Wawa location now.

never had a problem here til now. my sister & i went to get drinks , paid & waited. the women making them did make comments. i get it , she was overwhelmed but we noticed she was making our drinks but we weren’t sure cause she was put them in pick up assuming it was like a doordash order. by the time we realized everyone got their drinks we still didn’t get ours. til 15 mins later we finally said something & it was in fact sitting in pick up & most of it was melted . another time i went i was with someone else, she ordered a soup & we still had to pay. so we weren’t aware that it was ready til we were walking towards to get it & the worker made a comment to his co worker bout it. which i wasn’t sure why .. cause it wasn’t that serious but very uncalled for.

Used to love this Wawa, but since the management changed the service is terrible. Ordered iced coffee with ice, got it with no ice. Asked for extra syrup, and they acted like they didn’t know how. If the drink bar staff can’t make basic drinks, what’s the point? Won’t be coming back to this location.

2nd time I have gone to this location and 2nd time they messed up my order. The most recent time I got stuff on it that I didn’t even ask for. Also no turkey on my gobbler barely 5 little nuggets of turkey. They need to stop chatting none stop behind the counter and focus on the orders.

The guy making drinks at 7:40pm on 8/8 was very rude to me. And it was very obvious. After getting my drinks he pulled the basket away so I couldn’t drop my slip in. Must Wawa’s have friendly employees, so I was very surprised and disappointed.

I’m not sure what is going on with this wawa. Some of the crew on the food line sometimes seem like they are half paying attention. Over a week me and a few friends would stop here for food while in town for the convenience, but multiple times things have come out wrong, and that was with no special requests.
I also noticed the sliced bread they use seems denser and hard to bite through compared to other wawas I’ve been to. During peak hours I think employees struggle to keep up, I don’t know if this is due to lack of staff, or maybe just newer staff still learning procedures.
