We offer a focused menu of meticulously-crafted pizza, served as 10 and 18 round and 16 square pies, as well as pizza by-the-slice. Our naturally-leavened pizza dough is made from Pacific Northwest-grown wheat and slowly fermented before baking in a super hot electric deck oven. The resulting crust is crisp, light, and airy, with a delightful sourdough flavor. We use organic California-grown tomatoes and only the finest quality cheeses. Our fresh herbs, salad greens, and vegetables are grown organically and sourced locally whenever possible. Every pizza is handmade with love by passionate, skilled, and kind-hearted pizzaioli. Super good vibe! Reminds me of a classic small pizza shop from New York. Pizza lives up to that vibe too. Super nice staff to customers and they all seemed kind to each other as well. Fun wall that has photos and references to other pizzerias (like Stevie’s famous from seattle). Highly recommend and would go back. Crust was great!

They lie about using organic sauce, they do not use bianco organic sauce. They decorated the restaurant with bianco organic sauce, but use the bathroom and you’ll see the real cheap sauce they use that isn’t organic on their floor. They’re just trying to copy baby doll pizza but secretly serve you a much cheaper version. I’ll show a photograph of the displayed decorations that are total lies, then I’ll show a photo of the real cheap sauce they fool you with, totally a cheap chemical filled imitation

My second Scottie’s experience – the first being pickup at the NW location, but this was my first time dining in. Got a pepperoni slice and a “square” Delfino for a post-work solo lunch and I was very pleased. The texture, flavor, everything: locked in my memory and now I know I’ll be back when I’m in the area.
Very limited seating btw – one small 4-top inside, some standing room, and a few tables outside (unless my memory is unreliable and I missed another seating area). When I was there mid-afternoon/midweek it wasn’t busy and most folks coming in were doing togo.
Oh, there’s a cool collection of pizza boxes from other establishments, displayed on the hallway wall leading back to the bathroom. ✨
Staff is really friendly. What a great spot!

Get one slice of pizza and take it to go.
There’s one table inside and you’ll never get to sit at it. The folks working there are always rude so theres no point in hanging around.
NEVER get the ceaser salad. It’s $12 for maybe 4 bites. No croutons either, just dusty crumbs.

I’m a little gnome with a mighty appetite (do not let my size fool you), I must declare Scotty’s Pizza a true enchanted forest of flavor! The crust was golden like morning sunshine on moss, the cheese stretched like fairy silk, and every bite made my beard wiggle with joy. The staff welcomed me as though I had wandered into a friendly woodland gathering, and the aroma alone could guide any lost gnome straight to the door. If I could, I’d trade my pointy hat for another slice—luckily, they serve plenty! A magical spot I’ll return to whenever my mushroom cap cravings are replaced by pizza dreams. ✨

This restaurant represents the next (and worst yet) evolution of tipping. What used to be appreciated has become expected — and at Scotty’s, it’s outright required.
They add a mandatory 20% “service fee” to every bill and claim it replaces tipping, while (insultingly) posting signs that say “tipping is not expected.” That is blatantly misleading. If a 20% charge is automatic and unavoidable, then tipping is not only expected, it’s required and enforced. Calling it a service fee doesn’t change that.
The problem is the dishonesty. All menu prices are effectively 20% higher than advertised.
If a business wants to pay staff more, it should raise prices and be upfront about it. It’s not hard to accomplish the same endpoint in a way that doesn’t feel misleading to customers or forcing them to tip 20%, regardless of the quality of service they received. Here’s an example:
“NO TIPS — NO SERVICE FEES
We do not accept tips.
Our employees are paid a fair wage, and all costs are included in menu prices.
There are no additional charges added to your bill.”
How hard would that be?
