The Southgate location of Tim Hortons has some of the best dedicated employees they always make visiting there in the morning a pleasure they’re smiling faces and kind remarks. I have been going to TH for years but the location in Southgate on Eureka Road is Great! Always clean & friendly staff! I’m here M-F @ 5:30 am on my way to work & come inside sat & sun. I have noticed a difference since Shannon has become MGR She is Wonderful & has made a difference. Definitely stop in. Say hello to Shannon or any of the staff. ❤️TH☕️

I ordered a dozen donuts, half dozen bagels, and two of the large 12 cup coffee boxes for very important clients coming to my business. I needed this order at a certain time for said clients. When I arrived at the drive through, I was told it would be another 30 minutes because “they ran out of bagels”. I then parked my car and went inside. I was completely ignored for about 5 minutes. When someone finally talked to me, I asked if they could just supplement the bagels with extra donuts because I’m in a hurry and can’t wait for the bagels. She said she’d have to check. No one talked to me again. And I could very clearly see bagels behind the counter. So I sat there and waited. Instead of them communicating with me so I could decide whether or not I needed to go somewhere else for quicker service. I understand being busy and seemingly short staffed, but I don’t understand zero communication with a customer spending over $100 here.

Let’s just say this I drive 2 1/2 miles out out of my way to go to the specific Tim Hortons. The girls there are amazing, friendly, And when you go there every day, they pretty much know you by voice, which is very welcoming. It’s nice to start your morning going to a place where you can have a laugh or create a smile while getting your morning coffee. I’m very thankful for this location and the employees that work there helping me start my mornings, right

This is BY FAR the best Tim Hortons in the Downriver area and I have been to all of them. There is no revolving door with the staff which tells me they have a good work atmosphere. Shannon and Chloe are wonderful as is the rest of the staff.
