We visited The Kitchen at the Hard Rock Hotel for Thanksgiving brunch. It was awesome. Food was tasty, abundant, with a diverse menu and amazing deserts. Service is great, everyone was pleasant, friendly, efficient. The price was appropriate for a one time holiday brunch but not inexpensive. We loved the meal and our entire experience and will definitely do it again.

I honestly feel like the owner of this restaurant is laughing at everyone who walks through the door. This place is an insult to the Hard Rock brand, and I don’t even know where to begin.

Our bill was over $100 for one adult and two kids, with no drinks at all. The kids each got a small personal pizza from kids menu—the kind you can buy at a grocery store for under $5—and a cup of ice cream. That was $25 per child.

I ordered a burger that came with a tiny cup of salad. The burger was no better than the cheapest McDonald’s burger—actually, McDonald’s might be better. The so-called “Kitchen Burger” had one meat patty, one leaf of lettuce, nothing else. The bun was soaked with something and so soggy it was impossible to pick up. That alone was $30.

The total came to $105 including tax and tip (yes, I tipped—I’m decent and kind to the staff, unlike the greedy owner who is setting these prices).

This experience was so bad that I’m convinced the owner and management know exactly what they’re doing. This place survives on tourists who won’t be back, and they clearly don’t care. I left feeling embarrassed and taken advantage of.

Avoid this place. It’s not worth the money—or the frustration.

We got the $52 12oz NY Steak and my oh my was the food flavorless to put it nicely. To be honest, it tasted like a dirty grill. It took over 30 mins before we even got our food and it didn’t all come out at the same time so there was 3 people just sitting there staring at each other. Never asked if we wanted refills, and when we ask for steak sauce and refills, they looked inconvenience. Also, no salad or bread during that 30 minute wait.

The food was delicious, everything had amazing flavor, and my order came out quickly and all at the same time. I really appreciated how smooth the whole experience was. The service was also great; everyone was friendly and attentive. Overall, a really positive experience and I’d definitely come back

We popped in to grab a to-go drink (the host advised us this was possible)and ordered at the bar. The bartender told us he was busy so we waited a few minutes, no problem (there were 4 other people at the bar). When he asked what we wanted, I asked if he could make a drink that I saw on the internet (it was highly rated). He said no, it was old and he couldn’t do it. No problem again, I had a back up drink picked out directly from the universal app; The Kitchen Hard Rock Hotel menu. He told me no and this time with very little patience told me he couldn’t make that drink. He grabbed a menu, gave it to us and helped someone else. When he came back, I pointed to the drink I had asked for on the menu and he was taken aback and told me he heard me ask for an old drink again. I ordered HERE YOU COME AGAIN
$19 (Hendrick’s Gin, black cherry, lemon, simple syrup, fee foam) and left my husband to wait for the drinks while I took our daughter back to the hotel room. I literally ended up getting a cup of bourbon on the rocks with a cherry in it. It was by far, the worst $20 I ever spent on a drink with terrible service to boot.

Absolutely loved the Acoustic Brunch today! Live music and the artist sounded amazing! Great selection of songs too. Our server Rachid was super friendly and helpful. Went to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and he even surprised her with a dessert! All of the food was super delicious and they even had custom stations to get specialty dishes made to order like Eggs Benedict, French Toast, and Omelets. Pricing was very reasonable and our group enjoyed the endless mimosas a lot. Thank you so much, will definitely be back! This is one of my favorite brunch spots….10 out of 10

Eggs Benedict was amazing – you can tell that they have a real chef poaching the eggs (not an amateur using egg cups. Hollandaise tasted delicious – like it was made from scratch. Ambiance was trendy and elegant. Yes, it’s expensive but so is a lot of food in the theme park area.

Melinda, the hostess was hands down the greatest. Which was the icing on the cake for a restaurant me and my wife come to on our anniversary and birthday’s. Service was top tier as well as the food. 65$ seems cheap for how great the food and drinks and service are… WE WILL BE COMING BACK.
