I come here maybe 2 times a month. Last week an item was missing from my order. I came in today with a new order and mentioned the missing item from last week. They took care of it with no questions.
On top of that, these guys are always so happy. Pleasant and clean lobby regularly and a quick drive thru. There’s a KFC closer to me by 2 miles and I still prefer the BL crew. Thanks for ALWAYS making It a great experience.

This is gotta be the worst of the KFC locations every time I have gone there the chicken Bread his has fallen apart, completely greasy and half the pieces don’t have any breading at all back in the day. The chicken was crispy. It was well-made and a good value for $$28 I might as well go to Fred Meyer’s and at least get chicken that’s cooked decent… Decided to give them a second chance maybe it was an anomaly this was their $10 Tuesday special for eight pieces of chicken. I don’t know maybe they just don’t make chickens the way they used to…. all I know is Colonel Sanders would be rolling over his grave if he saw this being given to its customers

As with everyone else leaving a review, language barrier is horrible. Went over my order in drive through multiple times, went over it again when paying and got home with it still messed up.

Very poor service, he didn’t get the order right and when I said something to him about the order being wrong he yelled at me. I love KFC but not this one.

Supposed to be honey bbq chicken little instead got Bread with some breading with a ton of mayo and tiny bit of bbq. I swear there is more pickle on this thing than chicken. And to add insult to injury it was $4! KFC used to he so good, and maybe there are still l9cations that are, but every time I venture to this location, which has been maybe 2 or 3 times a year for the last 5 years or so, they just disappoint. I think this might officially be my last try. And to top it off l, ice cream machine has been broken fir 5 years now. Have asked for a root beer float every time I have visited this location and their ice cream machine has been broken every single time. With chic filet in town now it would not surprise me if they have to close the doors of this location in the not so distant future.

So they have “chicken tenders” which is literally 2 pieces of chicken cut up into 8 tiny pieces for $18.95…… false advertisement much? Oh and drive-thru only so mobile order is pointless if your truck doesn’t fit.

I recently ordered a 12 piece bucket and was expecting to get everything that should be included. I got 2 pieces of white meat and the rest was dark and my family was very disappointed by this. I have been reading a lot of these reviews and I got pretty much the same out come. When you order a 12 piece it needs to be 3 wings, 3 breats, 3 drums, and 3 thighs and I did not receive this and it kinda ruined my families dinner.

Ordered and were told to park and wait. 45 minutes later I went in a second time and got a refund. While waiting employees twice attempted delivery. However, neither were our order.The first time I went in the clerk said the food was “just coming out and we’re bringing it out.” 20 minutes later still no food.
