I live in Lancaster && I don’t mind the driving to come and eat here when I am craving it; IS WELL WORTH IT!!! To be a fast food spot the food is super delicious, very fresh and well cook on the spot. The staff is always in a good mood and always suggesting us to try different sauces. Now that they added pineapple to their selection I am loving it even more. Keep the great Customer Service up, that’s a big Plus.

Gloria is dope she makes you feel welcomed right off the bat. The staff here reload the ingredients as soon as they are running low so we don’t have to wait. Dario and another gentleman I couldn’t see his name but they had like 6 orders cooking at the same time to ensure efficiency. This is my favorite spot for Mongolian food. I definitely recommend.

This place has great noodles, and tonight, I had a craving for them. Their style is that they let you fill the bowl with as many protiens and veggies that you can stack, then they take your bowl and add noodles, then they cook them right in front of you. Tonight, there was a long line. Since I knew they closed at 8 p.m., I got in line and placed my order by 7:35pm. I was a little puzzled because there were still people in line, but the employees were saying they were already closed at 7:40. Between 7:40 and 7:47, another 6 customers were sent away. Great noodles, service is a bit spicy, but it’s not such a big deal, just wait in line patiently without making too many last-second requests that hold up the line and you should be good. In their defense, many customers waste time and are also rude….it adds up customers! Be considerate if you want polite employees, basics.

I stopped by here over the weekend. The place is well kept. I haven’t tried their food so I figured to give them a try. The food bar was well kept, the vegetables were fresh. The price was reasonable $13.99 a bowl and you can put as much meat and vegetables as you like in your bowl, then you’ll hand them the bowl and they’ll put the noodles and spices all also they’ll put the broth/sauce that you like and garlic add some hot chili oil if you like then they’ll place it to the grill to cook. They’re so delicious. I enjoyed their Mongolian noodles and still have leftovers to take home.

This is THE BEST food option in the Burbank Mall Food Court. No other place cooks your food FRESH!!! Also, you can tell that it’s popular because they actually have to keep refilling their meats.
Are the prices a bit high? Yes, it’s called, “inflation”. But you get what you pay for & then some.
If you’re like me, tell the cook to add “extra garlic + extra spicy”!!!

HORRIBLE… Service is simply horrendous Gloria is a terrible person to be dealing with customers the owner should do something about her because it is not only I who clearly has had a bad experience with her and it seems like they’re aware of it and she is as well since she seems hypocritical when she greets you now. Being honest she’s going to bring this business down and I don’t doubt it simply because of how many people have been hired throughout the year, no one seems to last and I don’t blame them if they have to deal with someone like Gloria I wouldn’t either. I live in Burbank and visit often so I would know. Ever since the incident where I was filling my plate and then when I got towards the end I asked her for pineapples since I thought they had to serve you them or ask for pineapples since the tray had no tongs to self serve and when I did she took my plate smirked and ignored me even though I had said please I have yet to give them business ever since. I really hope something is done about this lady cuz it seems like she has anger, attitude and ego issues. I will be posting this not only on yelp but on google as well.
