Staff seemed distracted and confused when we walked in. No dining room – carry out or delivery only. So maybe they’re not used to having customers come inside? At least the food was hot, fresh and tasty!

I use to love eating here but today I ordered food and the pizza has so much sauce on it you can’t taste the cheese. Ordered a salad with it that cost 4.25 and got very little for my money. Huge chunks of lettuce that should not have even been put in my salad and barely any cheese. This is not the first time this has happened. I’m sorry but won’t be returning for awhile. This location use to be so good when it first opened but now it seems to be going down hill. FYI the person that owns the Herculaneum store also owns the one in Festus. Notice the owner never comments on these reviews? He doesn’t care about his customers. I’ll never give him one more dollar.

The service here is great. The staff is fast and friendly, so no complaints there. BUT! I would call this an “interpretation” of an Imos pizza. There is always way too much sauce. There have been times when my pizza is nearly inedible because of all the sauce. If they can fix the sauce issue, this would be a 5 star Imos in my opinion.

Order is always correct and made well!! Employees go above and beyond. Forgot to order my coke so I called and asked them to add it on. They did and driver said they ran the 2 liter out to his car to make sure I got it! Best imos around and the best I’ve ever ate at!

This place has too many kids working here that don’t care about the business. They were magically out of the frozimos that I literally pick up every Friday. Talked to the manager and he stated because of covid we didn’t have time to make any this week. I asked if he could make me one, he said yes but that it would be almost 3 times as much, literally quoting me like 20 some dollars for the same frozimos pizza that costs 9. I live literally a mile away and have never had a delivery time under an hour ever whether ordering online or not. Love their product, this location makes it right, it just takes longer than expected and their customer service skills are severely lacking.

Herculaneum Imo’s is trash… Pick up order. You didnt make my pizza.. How does a Pizza place forget to make your pizza? First I was told it in was in the oven. Then was told you forgot to make it. Waiting another 15-20 minutes for my food. So I didn’t tip. 2 days later check my back account to an extra $10 charge. Yall think your slick and your not. Whether it $1 or $10 it’s stealing.

Great service. I always recieve my order within 30 minutes even if I have an estimated wait time of 60+ minutes on the website. I always have nice drivers who are respectful and my food is always hot. My only complaint is now that there’s an imos within a couple miles of my house and they have a good crew I’m ordering way more often than I should be allowed to haha.
