I had an uncomfortable experience at this Starbucks due to the barista’s attitude. When we entered, she did not respond when we said hello. She then approached the register while speaking into her headset, so I assumed she was finishing another order and waited respectfully.
At the time, the store was not busy—there was only one other barista working and the person who entered with me. No other customers were in the store, nor was the drive-through packed. We were simply stopping in while traveling. As I opened my Starbucks app, I looked up and asked if she was ready. She responded with a dismissive tone, stating she was waiting on me. At no point did she greet me, acknowledge my presence, or indicate she was ready to take my order.
I understand customer service can be challenging, but in this situation, a simple greeting or clear communication would have made a big difference. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and made the experience unpleasant.

Today, I tried the Starbucks in Sikeston for the first time. I was genuinely excited, especially after hearing so many great things about others’ experiences. Unfortunately, mine didn’t live up to the hype.

I ordered four food items, but each of them appeared old almost like the display items. The bread on the bacon Gouda sandwich was so hard I had to throw it away, and the croissant was similarly stale, as if it had been sitting out for days.

When I pulled up to the drive-thru, the employee accidentally dropped my egg white bites on the ground. She then handed me the other three items and dropped the other bag with the egg white bites near what looked like a trash can. After briefly turning away, she retrieved that same bag and gave it to me. When I asked if she had just handed me the item that had been dropped, she said, no, it was just napkins but then offered to remake the order “for my reassurance.”

It’s one thing to make a mistake, but it’s another to be dishonest with a customer. I was really disappointed with both the food quality and the situation.

Every time I come here I have a good experience, especially with the employees. I get the same drink every time – a pumpkin Frappuccino, and it’s always delicious. There’s usually little to no line at all. I’ve also gotten their cake pops and cheese danishes, and I can say those are good as well. I can say I have never had any issues. Everyone just needs to be more patient, as it is a fairly new store. Training and perfection takes time

I order on the mobile app every time for in-store pickup, and my drink is perfect every. time. I get cold foam on my drinks, and they actually give you a great amount for what you’re paying instead of barely anything like some locations. Love it!

By far the best service ever! Kind, helpful and went out of their way to replace a food item they were out of. I wish I lived near here! We usually prefer small coffee shops, but this is a good Starbucks. It’s also probably newer. Its quite nice inside.

So this is my third time gambling with Starbucks just hoping maybe.. just maybe it’s me. It’s absolutely not me. I love Starbucks to the moon and back and always been a fan. My first visit I got my usual coffee deal and when I tell yall it tasted like someone used a sweaty sock as the coffee filter I cannot make this up. My Fianće mistakenly tried to surprise me another day w my fave iced coffee and again, sweaty sock. Today my sister grabbed some and I said well maybe it’s just the coffee, so I ordered a refresher and two breakfast sandwiches. My refresher tased like a drink you left in the car as you went shopping for hours (though I never had one prior so maybe that’s what it’s supposed to taste like who knows), the sandwiches were slapping though. Sadly, 7Brew has won me over and I guess I’ll just go to Cape for better quality. The workers are great but maybe coffee ain’t their forte.

literally anytime this one lady is working she always makes the drinks incorrectly, went through yesterday and realized it was taking a bit and already knew who was working lol. we got to the window & once again she made our drink wrong when we told her she insisted we were wrong this has happened so many times that we just blatantly LAUGHED in her face that time. any other time we go through & she isn’t working we have little to no issues.

I stopped by this brand-new Starbucks location today and was seriously impressed. The space is modern, super clean, and has a cozy, welcoming vibe. So perfect for working, studying, or just relaxing with a coffee. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, even during a busy rush. You can tell they’re excited to be open and are doing everything they can to make customers feel welcome.

I ordered the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso and it was made perfectly. Strong, smooth, and not too sweet. The pastry selection was nice too. Plus, they got my order right on the first try and had it ready quickly.

Bonus points for having plenty of outlets and comfy seating.

I gave 2 stars for the way the building looks, very cute Starbucks very cute. 06-12-25 when I walked in I wasn’t greeted, there was eye contact definitely as I got closer to place an order, the girl turned her back on me. So I left and tried Scooters for the second time in my visit to Sikeston Missouri
Now I was willing to assume the girls had never seen a Black American woman before, but to my grand surprise I saw a plethora of Black American women and men. It’s 2025, no one American knows what the days ahead will be like so when any walk of life steps into your establishment YOUR JOB IS TO GREET THEM, no matter what!! Every purchase made goes to help you pay a bill
