Neat little eatry downtown Marsyvale, Utah. The food was pretty good, like eating a home cooked burger. Service was great and attentive, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The outdoor area on a late summer afternoon could not get any better. Price was very good and quite low for the quality of the food.

This place was awesome! We were running late to tube the river so we were in a hurry, but the staff was super accommodating and got us all 4 meals to go and checked out in under 20 minutes. As we were driving up the road, every person in the car was saying that it was some of the best burgers they have had. I personally had the mother load, lettuce wrapped. It was delicious! I have never had a polish sausage on a burger like that. It was soooo good! Highly recommend! The food, service, and atmosphere was a 10/10 for me!

We had a fantastic experience at the Prospector Cafe. We were a group of nine and everyone raved about their entree. A fun atmosphere, responsive waitress and an owner who cares about your dining experience. I highly recommend the portobello mushroom hamburger!

Their sign says “best burgers on hwy 89,” and although I haven’t tried every burger on 89, I’m inclined to think they’re right!

Everything we had was great. The onion rings were fantastic.

The folks there were friendly and accommodating. Prices were very reasonable.

A+

Worth a stop! The portions you receive are well worth the inexpensive price tag. We should not have taken ours to go and would have loved to stay and chat with the friendly staff and locals. The vibes were excellent and you can taste the heart they put into their food

We stopped for breakfast. It did not disappoint. Great breakfast and very reasonably priced. Not many places you can get a breakfast for two with coffee for just over $25.
In the area a couple more days so we will stop in again for one of their famous burgers. I will try the Mother Lode. It has a polish sausage on it.

Great spot for lunch! Friendly staff, nice atmosphere and tasty food at great prices. Our server (Lindsey, I think) was really fast, polite and efficient. Will stop next time we pass through for sure!

First time traveling though here and Utah does not have the best food overall. We didn’t have high hopes at all but we were so surprised.

I highly recommend the biscuit and gravy and breakfast potatoes. They were so delicious. We finished off both plates of food we ordered.

I personally feel like they undercharged for food and service but it was well worth it. We did leave a bigger tip and thanked them for the food.

If we are ever in the area again, we will be stopping here.
