Visiting area and wanted to enjoy a special Birthday meal outing for my husband. The bar atmosphere is great. Local art work up on walls.Some for sale. The service was fantastic. We went at 1130 am on 7/26./25 Greeted by a very welcoming staff. Drinks were Great. Nice selection. Menu excellent choices. Got Apps – stuff mushroom and Alaskan snow crabs yum.

We did take-out & they were busy with sit downs. If you like Old Bay seasoning on your food, the crabcakes have plenty. They are delicious. The Maryland Crab soup is hearty but a bit too much tomato for my taste buds. The soft shell crab sandwich is flavorful & crunchy. Give this place a try!

We really enjoy Crab Barn. I prefer to sit on the right side of the restaurant. it’s a bit echoey to begin with and the bar is on the left side so when there is live music it’s too loud for me. This visit between the 3 of us we had cheese steak egg rolls, Cesar salad, steamed shrimp, corn on the cob, baked potato, green beans, lobster tail, french fries, and snow crab. The only thing I would not get again is the cheesesteak egg rolls. It’s not that they were bad, however the rolls themselves were very basic and lacking flavor. It came with a sauce that was very smokey and very spicy. There wasn’t any info regarding the sauce on the menu so I dipped into it thinking it was a burger sauce. Woooo boy was I surprised, haha!!! Everything else was great and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Snow crab clusters were a good size and came with 2 sides for a great price. We don’t live local but when we visit family we will definitely be back!!!

More like “not applicable.” Called ahead to ask if they had all you can eat crabs.” Arrived about an hour later, about 6:45. One table with 6-8 customers and nobody else. Bar seemed busy.
We were told they were “out of all you can eat…just $50/dozen. We left, so really cannot rate them honestly.
The staff was very nice, server even went to the back to see if they could accommodate, but no. Certainly the staff was very friendly.
But, a relatively empty restaurant. A customer who had called ahead. Only one of us getting crabs. Figure it out. The most I would have eaten was 2 dozen, after which my wife gets bored.
Disappointing to say the least. I guess they’re better off with empty tables. Hopefully the bar will keep them in business.

Our server was very accommodating but everything else was a mixed bag. Cream of Crab Soup was lousy. Maryland Crab Soup was good. Peel and Eat shrimp was excellent. Hush puppies were mid. NY Strip very good. Prime Rib not so much. Flounder Sandwich was good. Fries on the side were terrible! We ordered some from one dozen blue crabs. Overall 5/10. They came 20 min after other food and without mallets. After we asked they found one mallet. A few minutes later they found a second and a few minutes after that a third. There were 4 of us at the table. The butter was butter flavored corn oil. I asked the food runner to bring me apple cider vinegar, he brought me balsamic dressing. The upside was they sold us mediums but the were definitely large. Unfortunately, they were very mushy and many empty shells. Our waitress was quick to replace half a dozen but it took another ten minutes to get them and by then we were ready to leave. I also hated that they sprayed a very chemical smelling table cleaner on the tables around us. I definitely would not go back.

Wait staff was amazing! I got the all you can eat crabs and they were cooked perfectly! The star of the show tho was my wife’s sea scallops, these were by far the best we’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!

Had great crabs here as take out. Ordered a dozen for $50 and got 16 crabs as a pleasant surprise. They even gave us the paper for our table. Will definitely go back.
Will also let you buy a six pack at the bar as long as you are getting food which was nice and saved us time.

Cream of crab soup, clams, crab dip, flounder sandwich and baked potatoes were all perfectly done and the staff put the football game on in the dinning room for us. I have nothing but good remarks.

Was vacationing nearby and picked this place for the price of ayce crabs and the fact that when I called the gentlemen that answered was nice on the phone. Well, when we showed up we decided to sit outside with our large group (7). We pre looked at the menu and basically knew what we were getting. The waitress was with us after maybe 15mins. We ordered drinks and luckily she put in two appetizers (one of which we received before deciding to go elsewhere). Our drinks, bar drinks, and kids drinks didn’t come out until only a few minutes AFTER our 50ct clams came out. Drinks were mediocre. Clams were also, but we devoured them in minutes. We still had yet to put our order in and she informed that she was by herself. We waited. And waited. And finally came to the conclusion to leave for another restaurant not wanting to spend any more money here. One from our group went in to find the waitress to get our receipt to pay and I went inside to use the bathroom. I saw many people, tables empty and as I was heading back outside another group was barging out saying they never even got to place their drink orders after 30 or so minutes. We left and went to Crabby Dicks where we had EXCELLENT service despite waiting 45mins for a table, a cook leaving mid shift(our waitress was the manager stepping up to help). Very sad we wasted $100 on drinks and clams and 2hours of our evening. Don’t ever feel weird about leaving and going somewhere else. So glad we did.

First time there. Got the AYCE crabs! Nice HOT n Heavy!! Service was spectacular and prices were very reasonable for draft beer! Can’t wait to go back!!
