We ordered curbside pizza on Friday. This was our first visit to this location. We followed the “curbside” protocol, and after 30 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready, went in to check on our order. The man working the counter seemed particularly confused about a curbside order and several minutes later, a woman brought it from the back (not curbside). Not a huge issue, but a little inconvenient. The bigger issue was our pizzas was so over-cooked! Much of it was burnt, some around the sides but especially on the bottom. Tasted dried out, like overcooked cheese on a cracker-it was mostly inedible. Definitely won’t be back to this location.

We had an issue with one of our pizzas being that was delivered. I called the store and they not only remade the pizza but also had it redelivered. Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and we received the remade pizza very quickly. Very nice staff!

I have lived in this area for 40 years and never had a problem with this Domino’s until the past month. My last 3 orders were missing toppings, sauces etc. We ordered Buffalo chicken pizza and the first time the bacon was left off. That we didn’t even really mind. Went back a week later and it was missing Buffalo sauce completely. My husband went in and the young guy working the counter saturated my entire pizza with the sauce. Went yet again the next week, and once again missing the Buffalo sauce. Same thing. Same guy at counter has an attitude and saturated entire pizza with Buffalo sauce. Only until I got home did I realize it was missing chicken as well. I emailed corporate saying I don’t know what’s going on with this location over 2 weeks ago and never got one response. Now I won’t even order from this location cause they probably have my name on some ” complaint ” list and could do who knows what to future orders. I’ll be glad to change my rating if I ever go back and things change. But when even corporate can’t respond to complaints, I know store level could care less.

This past Saturday night tried ordering from here on the app at first, it kept saying that I needed to call the store to place the order. Ok did that thru the automated system (not a human being) ordered my usual steak and cheese light bell peppers and extra cheese. I didn’t get that, I got no extra cheese, extra meat, light onions and regular bell peppers. When I called they argued with me about what I’d ordered. I guess the manager then came to the phone and asked if I’d eaten the pizza and I said I had eaten one slice, it was nasty, so with that he said he couldn’t do anything, The fact that this apparently is something they deal with and then handled this the way they did was very unprofessional. I’m not so.e kid kid trying to scam or get over, I paid good money and I expected good food and I didn’t get either. I did contact corporate to handle the matter, but they will never get my business again.

This used to be my favorite dominos location, however the last few times we have ordered it has left much to be desired. I placed my usual order tonight and marked the same “Dominos pinpoint pickup” location that we have always used. The same location that comes up on the map as suggested. (4 miles from the store)
I get a phone call saying that they can’t find the location, after a totally useless conversation with the new “manager” she insist it’s not her area, instead that it’s Mastin lakes area… a store that’s 10 miles away mind you, I explained that this has always been our pickup spot. She had no helpful suggestions, just the same attitude over and over.
We won’t be back.

Ordered pan extravaganza for delivery. Pizza arrived ,I paid for it – $20.00 and some change. Took it into my kitchen,opened it and discovered that it was a cheese pizza. Cheese the only toping instead of extravaganza. Called Dominos and it was obvious that the girl I spoke to did not care about this problem and refused to make it good. She said I’d have to pay another $25.00 if I wanted extravaganza. Don’t know where $20.00 charge came from. Surely they don’t charge that much for a cheese pizza. This is the third problem I’ve had with them in the last two months. They’ve seen the last of my business. Automated answering system is also a disaster.

Every time I order from this dominos they mark the pizza delivered way before it’s delivered, or they mark it as picked up way before it’s even ready to pickup. Don’t know what internal metrics they are messing with but it’s really damn annoying trying to track my order

This Domino’s has gone completely downhill. My latest experience was when my pizza was finally delivered I discovered it was obviously missing a portion. I contacted the store and was told that so long as there are 8 slices then it’s considered a full pizza. So apparently the driver (or whoever) can cut one of the slices in half for themselves so long as they leave 8 pieces. What a joke.

I ordered pizza awhile ago and still waiting. I will not be ordering from Domino’s again. Everytime it gets worse and worse. This is beyond ridiculous. After the wait, this is what I got!!! I’m so mad!!

Stood in the lobby for near 10 minutes watching one guy make pizzas one pull them out of the oven and the third guy walk in circles telling the others what to do. Neither standing at the counter nor checking in on the app got me recognized by the employees. The pizza was an extra cheese so it wasn’t hard to get right. I also ordered Philly cheese tots which got a load of onions and green peppers just dropped on top.
Idk if the employees were coming down off of a busy period or if they just didn’t care anymore.
