Good staff that work hard and have good attitudes. I have never had any issues with them correcting any mistakes such as missing ingredients or anything. It can be very busy depending on the time and the day. Glad I ordered early because when I arrived to pick up my pizzas the crew was really overloaded with orders in house and over the phone/online. I commend the team for their hard work and efforts while under so much pressure. I understand so it was not a problem for me to have to cut my own pizza on this occasion. Our Pizzas were fixed properly and nice and hot. Good job Dominos Hull St. crew

People are very kind and customer service was great. I just wish for once they wound forget to check to sure everything is correct before sending g the food out to people. The same thing happened twice. I ordered pepperoni and sausage but received cheese. The gentleman behind the counter was nice enough to give what I actually ordered which was amazing. Third times the charm and the third pizza was correct. I believe its still a great location though.

This location is definitely not worth going to. I placed an online order in which after I paid, they canceled my complete order. I then went to the location, in which only 2 people were there and was not cooking any orders at the time. I asked why did they cancel my order, I was informed that they did so because of no products available to complete not only my order but others as well. I called corporate the next day informing them of my situation as to the employees that were there stated I would receive a refund. Today, being a week after that, I was called a day prior from management stating that I would receive a 30 dollar credit. I went to location to explain my situation and was given a credit. What I then placed an order for I didn’t receive. I placed an order for a large extravaganza and 8 buffalo wings with 3 ranch dips. I waited and when I returned to the store, I was asked about what my order was, I informed them that I wanted a hand toss or pan extravaganza pizza. When I said that, the pizza that immediately came out was a thin crust pizza. I told them that was not what I ordered, but a pan or hand tossed pizza but they disputed with me an said it was a hand tossed pizza when I knew it wasn’t. It was clearly a thin crust pizza. I was aggravated and took it and left. This location has lost me as a customer as well as others I work with. I’m a disabled vet and expect to get what I paid for. I will not patronize your store anymore along with others

I just have to say thank you, Domino’s! This pepperoni pizza was absolutely perfect. The crust was golden and crispy on the edges, and the cheese was melted to perfection with just the right amount of bubbly, browned spots. The pepperoni was delicious and perfectly cooked, with a nice little curl to it that holds all the flavor. It was exactly what I was hoping for, and it really hit the spot. I appreciate the great quality and quick service. You guys always come through for a delicious and satisfying meal!”

Last night I ordered a pizza through Uber eats. Store employees are in charge of the delivery, so you cannot track the driver. It was 30 minutes late and I sent Uber a request for a refund. I thought I would never see my pizza again… until I saw it this morning on my front porch! A slice was taken and someone scrapped the top layer of other slices. I’m absolutely disgusted and upset. I just want my refund and it makes me sick they took my ‘tip’ too.
Don’t waste ur time here.

I called the store again after work today to ask who was responsible for my pizza last night. The woman was not allowed to tell me who it was, but she did offer a free order of anything I wanted. I just wanted what I ordered last night, and so I requested that. She told me it would arrived in 45min to an hour and so I waited. It almost an hour and the pizza finally arrived. This time, I met the driver who was not responsible for last night (or so he said) and apologized. My pizza came fresh and tasty. I finally got my refund and more financial compensation from Uber Eats. I am satisfied with ending.

I just picked up 2 large pizzas with custom instructions and the order was perfect. Tasted great, staff was friendly, store was spotless, and the food was ready right when I got there.

Subpar service. I ordered pick up and I was asking the cook to make my toppings even twice and he wouldn’t listen. He told me to have a seat. My food came and the toppings were skimpy and they are stingy. Barely any tomatoes on my pizza. Some slices only had one tomato/pineapple,3 pieces
of bacon on it. LOL So I had to spread the toppings around so all the slices had some toppings on it. I bought 3 pizzas for $25. I should at least get an even amount of toppings. This has happened before. $2 each for extra is insanity. I always have issues with dominos i’ll never come here again.

I’m a pizza lover. It takes a lot to piss me off. This pizza was completely under cooked. It was still dough when we got it. Like the cuts they made were invisible at this point. I’m just really disappointed. We usually go to Carytown Domino’s and although they don’t deliver to us, it’s worth the drive!
