It’s a great local, unassuming restaurant. The have the best soup in town, especially when you are feeling sick. Love their pot pies and they have kids menus.
Note: if you want a chicken pot pie cooked, call an hour ahead!

The chicken here was good but there’s some better options in the area. The service was great but inside looks like a fast food place. Not sure if I would come back but the food was good. Happy I tried it but it might end there

Got delivery from the Chicken Connection. The chicken fingers were amazing as always. My only complaint was that they did not give enough butter. Wish they would add a couple more butter packets. In addition, I have been here multiple times and the has always been good. It is in a strip mall but it has great food. I will be sure to eat here again.

My husband & I dined at Chicken Connection late February. We’ve dined there a few times, and the food was typically very good. This visit’s outcome was different. My order was cup of Chicken Rice soup that was delicious and 7-piece chicken finger dinner, and l was disappointed – chicken fingers were long, slender pieces, a bit dried out and heavily coated with thick layer of battered mix giving impression mostly chicken inside. Ends were just chunks of fried batter, which I broke off & discarded. Also peeled much of the coating off. My husband was completely satisfied with his fried chicken dinner. Before heading out, we decided to purchase frozen white-meat chicken pot pie with vegetables for approximately $23.00. Just baked today on St. Patty’s day, and the consistency was not right. Either something was wrong with ingredients or in way it was mixed. My description of how it appeared is not fit to say here. And both of us agreed there was little chicken added to this pie. The crust was still pretty much of a doughy texture just under the top, even after an hour in the oven. Nor was crust applied right to the edges of the aluminum pie plate. Will never buy their chicken pot pie again.

I always wanted to try this place in Haverhill. When I play hockey on Sundays at Haverhill high school I always pass this place. I had to get work done on my car up in Plaistow
New Hampshire and theres a location across from Market Basket so i figured I’d check out it for lunch. It was so good. I had the Plaistow bowl, it was delicious and filled me up. Place didn’t seem too busy on a Sunday afternoon so I didn’t have to wait and did find seating right away. Staff was very friendly as well as fair prices. I’ll be back. Thank you.

I was in the area and had to stop in because I love the food. I was not disappointed I got the chicken thigh with mashed gravy butternut squash and stuffing. Everything was hot and delicious! The girls behind the counter we’re very friendly and I could tell it was filled with regulars which is always a good sign. Can’t wait to go back!

Chicken pot pie on a 95 degree day!? Don’t mind if I do! This location has never once disappointed! I have to say, the crust on the chicken pie at the Haverhill location seems to be different now, not the same thick crust it used to be which is too bad. I’ll drive the extra 3 miles to Plaistow from now on. The pie is so yummy i had to take a bite out of the bottom left corner in case you’re wondering from the pic! Thank you Chicken Connection!
