Went through drive through, I ordered a box of 25 munchkins. The lady said they only have chocolate and glazed left. I said thats fine. I came to the window and paid. Then she goes and comes back saying there was 8 left! So i asked do i get charged for a 25 count or i get money back? She goes since you already paid and theres a huge line behind you i cant really do anything about it. What a rip off! And she didn’t even give me my receipt .

Family loves it! We tried a few different ones.
Nice and clean area. Easy to find and get in and out.

I SO BADLY want this to be my go-to shop. Location, people, and speed really make it a desirable stop. Its always busy and seems to be great. My husband and I have gone there recently (and kept track after the first few times) literally 10 times and ALL 10 times, the iced coffee tasted like that burnt dirty water that dunks sometimes has. The first few times we thought it was bad luck, but after that we noticed it was every single time. We haven’t gone there in months because of it nor plan to go back for coffee. Food is always fine, its the coffee only. It was good for the 2 years when we tried it when we first moved up here with the ocassional icky coffee but then it became reliably disgusting. Besides the wasted money and time, it became a concern of “why is it so bad?”.
Anyways, order your food here, not your reg iced coffee. The people are nice, lines always move quick. So much more potential!

Don’t toss my sandwich at me on the counter then turn your body, no “thank you” “how are you” absolutely nothing except she literally tossed it on the counter. Keep in mind I was the ONLY ONE in there!! I wanted to to tip the guy at the register that took the order but they only take cash, im glad I didn’t because she didn’t deserve anything. I work in customer service as well, and I COULD NEVER BE SO RUDE TO CUSTOMERS!!!! Don’t like your job, leave!

I don’t understand why the workers don’t stir the coffee especially when we go thru drive through or mobile order. This time I asked if it was done. I was told yes and guess what it wasn’t. I try to tip every time I get a coffee but why should I if I have to finish THEIR job.

If you’re looking for the best tasting coffee and doughnuts then you need to stop at Dunkin’ Donuts.
I had a 16oz coffee and Boston Cream doughnut. The coffee and doughnut lasted great!
My advice for this location, use the Drive Thru. The inside was clean, but you’ll have more hands working the Drive Thru.
