I ordered a barbacoa bowl through door dash. White rice, pinto beans, corn salsa, lettuce, sour cream, red salsa.
They made it 75% rice and a little bit of everything else, almost no beans, a little meat, hardly any lettuce.
It’s just one meal in a lifetime of food that I’m lucky to have, but it still feels like they stole from me because they can.
Now I love Chipotle but I like it less now, and they cheated me so why go there again. I’ll do Taco Bell over chipotle again.

First and last time ever having Chipotle. Ordered for take out, sat at the window 10 minutes past pick up time while no one acknowledged us. When they finally did our bag was sitting their the whole time. Got it home 5 minutes up the road. Ice cold, like it felt like it sat in the fridge. Both ordered burritos, same one, one was half the size of the other. The cold made it gross and putting it in the microwave just made it so soggy it wasn’t edible. Ordered the large chips and guac, didn’t get chips. $60 order thrown right in the trash. Contacted them two ways, no response. No care what so ever. Not missing out on them apparently.

I decided to try the new Chipotle location in Belleview since it is closer to my home, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. I ordered two bowls with carne asada, and both had very little meat. In addition, the steak in both bowls was overcooked, dry, and appeared to have been sitting in the warmer for an extended period of time. This was not the quality I expect, and it raises concerns about consistency and food freshness. Experiences like this make it difficult to consider returning.

Order was wrong and my wife pulled a long hair out her mouth that was from the food. I returned with the hair and my number to have the real manager call me. I got no call and no response and even was promised I would get a call. My wife won’t return to Chipotle after this. I see this opening is a disaster by the comments and my own experince. Have the staff take the pickup window speed more seriously. I waited over half an hour for an order I could see through the window was ready. The staff just didnt want to deal with the window so much they let the line get around thr store with the cars. Please get control of the quality control and care of staff doing there jobs.

Went in with my husband. 2 people in front of us & waited at least 10 minutes to order. We both ordered the steak bowl & the amount of steak the girl put in the bowl was a very small portion. Finally our food was ready & sitting on the counter waiting to be rung up & the guy who was the cashier walked away from from register & went to the take out window, then disappeared while our food was sitting on the counter getting cold. We walked out without our food. Never again going here. Sad because I’ve been waiting for this location to open.

New location is beautiful and closer to home, which is great, but the store was A MESS. There were probably less than 10 customers in the store, most in line waiting to place or complete their orders. The older lady at the register had no idea how to keep up with what was being put through to her, the young lady taking care of most of the toppings was VERY new ( understandable) and the -what I presume- manager was trying her hardest to run the show, keep up, and manage the other staff who were waltsing around behind the counter and goofing off. I also saw that most of the meats were empty and the rest was lackluster. After our order was paid for, we shifted to the drinks and silverware, only to find everything was empty and disorganized. If you’re going to open a new higher end fast food joint, PLEASE be prepared. I will continue to come to this location because I love the food, but I hope the service gets better.

The manager of this location or the big boss above needs to take a step back and figure out what’s happening in this place because the service is absolutely HORRIBLE! I placed a pick up order through the app, waited in the drive through pick up line for an HOUR!! I mean this is fast food people…I can get a gourmet meal quicker. Not only to find out when I get home, that my entire order is completely incorrect. It was someone else’s food labeled in my bag with MY receipt on it but not MY food.

I’ve been in the food industry for many years and my husband is also a chef…trust me, I can understand if there is an issue with being understaffed which causes the service to back up, but have a manager address the situation..apologize to the customers for the inconvenience, throw in a free bag of chips for the wait, SOMETHING! Put a friendly face in the window because the girl who greeted us was miserable. I mean, how do you expect your customers to return when the service/ food is not worth the time or money. Get it together Chipotle!

The food is great! Prices are high so it’s only gonna be a once in a while treat for me. I love the way the dining room is set up. The only complaint I have is that the music was so loud that you couldn’t have a normal conversation with the person sitting right next to you.

LOUD! TOO LOUD! On top of an extremely crowded time, the piped-in music was way too loud! I had to yell across the table at my lunch date to even hear each other. This was my first visit, so the menu was unfamiliar to me. The servers behind the counter were pushy and not very helpful in explaining what the items/options were. They asked if I wanted certain things in my bowl and then charged me extra for putting them in. The dining room was dirty. Tables hadn’t been wiped and the tray return area was completely full. The drink area is inconvenient to people who stay to eat in the restaurant. I won’t be back!
