If you want to try the Thanksgiving sub, bring your own cranberry sauce. The tiny amount they put on the sub is ridiculous and when I went asked about it they had no interest in adding more to satisfy the customer. The sub was overall good, just dry.

Went here to pick up food on Christmas Eve since they were just about the only place open at the time I was out and about. Otherwise I normally probably would never think to stop here. I got a cheesesteak sandwich and it was good. It was actually really good. The only problem here I would say is I felt like it was very small. I ordered a medium size sandwich and when I got home I felt like they were afraid to give me meat. When you get a cheese steak sandwich you expect it to be packed with cheese and meat. They are generally a very hearty sandwich. The one from this firehouse subs was the exact opposite of that. Like I said it did taste very good, but for the price and the fact that it was a medium it should have been about twice the size it was……. The service was fine, The store was fine…. The only thing I really had a problem with was I like hot sauce. And they have a hot sauce station they call it.
However when I walked up to it there was no way in hell I was going to get some hot sauce out of those bottles.
They were filthy. They had crusty dried hot sauce all over the bottles and caps and dried crusty drips you could tell dripping down the side of the bottle from under the cap. Yeah there was no way I was getting hot sauce….
Aside from the filthy hot station everything else was pretty normal.
It was fine overall.

Young associate Fred was very polite and although we arrived late, we wanted tea and he was getting ready to dump the urns but still offered us the tea and then waited for us to be finished before he emptied the containers. The other associate seems aggravated we were there. They still had 30
minutes so wasn’t like it was 5 minutes before closing.Fred was so kind and did not make us feel rushed at all. He could have been aggravated with it being close to closing time but he just went about doing his other tasks until we were finished. That kind of treatment is so unexpected these days for. food service establishments. Thanks Fred. You made a difference. Hope you are there next time we come in and have the tea ready for us. It decided us eating there !!!

This absolutely the SLOWEST, Firehouse Subs I’ve ever been to. There were 4 people working, the 2 behind the counter just stood there looking at me, I had to ask them if I could order, the other 2 didn’t really do anything. It took over 20 minutes to get 2 cold subs and then we got home they weren’t even made the way we ordered them. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered several subs from here yesterday and they were absolutely delicious. I did order online and it was my fault that I took the food home and then looked at it because where I had requested no mayonnaise on one of the footlong subs there was mayonnaise all over it. He said that I ordered extra cheese on had absolutely no cheese on it so I guess somebody just got it backwards. So one sandwich didn’t get eaten so that was a waste of money because it was covered in mayonnaise but we ate the one that didn’t have the cheese on it and it was still actually really good. There about a 30-minute drive from us and we try to eat here at least once a week. I absolutely love the deli mustard that they put on the sandwiches and the pickle. So if you haven’t eaten here I strongly recommend that you do because the food is absolutely delicious within the bread is nice and soft. If you order something spicy believe me is absolutely going to be spicy so you will not be missing out on anything. If I could make it up here to eat two or three times a week I absolutely would. Thank you so much.

I ordered and the person takeing the order he asked for my order after he did not ask me my name and never told me when it was done. He said I do not know .some time just come over. When my husband came to get the order did not have my order ready not even started. I asked for whole weat and got reg bread . This is the 2 time your service has been real bad.

Hands down the SLOWEST sub shop I have ever been to! It took over 25 mins to get a sandwich. There was NO ONE else in the store. They may have online orders but they should prioritize their patrons literally just sitting and waiting. Everyone was just standing around. Our first time ever trying a Firehouse subs and I can say we will not be back

Very delicious food! In fact, Firehouse is now my favorite restaurant to get subs! The Italian sub has always been my go to sub and Firehouse definitely has the best Italian sub hands down! They also had wonderful & fast service!
