First of all, the lady (might be the lady boss?) made my day!!!
Super cute and friendly to us, told us that the orange they got today were super good so recommended us the orange, of course we ordered and it’s pretty good!!
We went around 12:00, but really want to try the breakfast omelette, she said she’ll deal with it and we ordered successfully!
The crepe and the omelette were all so good!
Everything and the vibe and also the staffs are so nice there.
It’s my first time coming to try after living in Busso for almost two years, will definitely come over again and again and recommend to our friends.

Bistro Breton has recently sold and has a new owner, a lovely French lady who took over just one week ago (with today being the 1st of March) From the moment you walk in, you’re made to feel genuinely welcome.
All of the staff are absolutely lovely to deal with, warm, attentive, and passionate about what they do. The atmosphere is relaxed yet full of charm, and the food is nothing short of amazing. Every dish is beautifully prepared and packed with flavour.
The best part of all, they’re finally open on the weekend, which makes it even easier to enjoy this fantastic spot.
I truly couldn’t recommend Bistro Breton more. If you haven’t been recently or ever, now is the perfect time to visit!

This place is great. They have so many crepe options here that are both savory for lunch and sweet for dessert. My friends and I got five types of crepes and shared them. I also got the apple cider and it was good. I’d come here again if I was in the area.

Further edit: back again and was not disappointed, same great service and absolutely amazing food. This trip I tried out the La Montagnarde and the La Galette Saucisse (photos added) and both very good.
Back again: Each trip to this area I always drop into visit and support this amazing business and their amazing staff. The food is absolutely fantastic and the best coffee too. Have added pictures of my dishes from this trip.
This visit I have tried the scallop special which was delicious, and the smoked salmon crepe. I also had the delicious butter and sugar crepe and added strawberries and strawberry sorbet to it. I have enjoyed every dish I have tasted. Well worth dropping in for a meal or a treat.
Back again Aug 2025 and tried out one of the waffles, La Breizh, (picture added)which was amazing. Still have some items on the menu I haven’t tried yet but I’m slowly working my way through them all. Thank you again to the amazing team at Bistro Breton.

March 2026: visited my favourite cafe again. Now has a new owner and I can still call it my favourite cafe. Food was amazing and look forward to going there again when I’m back in the area.

We had breakfast and lunch here, and it was a really great Australian-style meal. The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were so nice. The only tiny downside was that the food got a bit rich/heavy towards the end.

We ordered Apple and Caramel waffle, a fancy toasted ham and cheese sandwich aswell as 2 coffees. Grand total was $67, seemed like a lot for what we actually ordered. The coffee was good. Everything we ordered was a small serving, including the coffee which came in a tiny cup. Overall the food and drink was very nice. But kind of pricey.
