I went to pick up my food from 5 guys. They told me they didn’t have an order for me. I looked and I order at the wrong location. I asked if they could do anything for me. The manager said they would call the Tacoma Store (where I put the order in at the wrong location) and see what they could do. The manager states that they a the Tacoma store agreed that they could make the food at the Puyallup store and I would not have to pay for it again. I agreed to this. After they remade the food the manager said that I would have to repay for the food (not what they said before) and that they would call and have the Tacoma refund my order. (If they would have told me this at the start I would have gone to Tacoma and picked up the original food.) I paid for the order again. Once I paid for it the manager changed her word again and said I would have to call the Tacoma store and ask for a refund. This is multiple times that she lied to me. I called the Tacoma store and they said the would refund it and it would take 3-5 business days to get the refund. It has been 15 days and no refund. I called customer service and talked to Ashley. Tacoma never even put in the refund request. Ashely said she would send a request to the leadership. She was not very helpful and ended up hanging up on me. I would like a refund and to put in formal complaints against the managers at the Puyallup and Tacoma locations. The customer service at both places are far below acceptable.

I came in on a Friday night and got a regular fry, but what I got was a pile of soggy, salty potatoes. Called about it, got put in the book for a free fry. Cool. But when I came back, the guy handed me the same trash fries I complained about in the first place.
Then I ordered Cajun fries, and you can see in the picture…y’all dumped so much seasoning on them they burned my mouth. Like, was this a joke? Were y’all just over it because it was almost closing time? Either way, this was straight up lazy.
New location don’t always mean better! Lakewood Town Center always slap. ♂️

Ate here today for the first time and it totally hit the spot. I had a bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, mayo, mustard and ketchup with fries and a strawberry shake. The burger was messy in all the right ways, and the shake was naturally fruity, cool and refreshing. As for the fries – THANK YOU for making fresh cut fries!!! This is a no-brainer in my book (the only way to make fries), and so delicious! Thank you for opening in UP. I’ll be back for sure.

The Bacon Cheeseburger with grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, mayo & ketchup was messy & delicious. The fries were addicting & salty the way I like them. Oreo Shake to complete the experience! Love the location being so close to me.

I came in 03/09/25 around noon and the workers were amazing. Said hi when we came in and bye when we left. They were kind and fun. Our burgers were a work of art. No bun or patty slapped off to the side like other burger places. One employee even helped my child scoop some peanuts. All those little things add up. Really great experience. It makes a difference when employees are kind and act like they are happy to be where they are. Thanks Five Guys for a yummy lunch!

I’ve been here 3 times since the location opened. The employees here are top notch! They have all been extremely kind. One time I made a mistake on my order and forgot the fries but they still made me some and gave them to me. They are always smiling, and friendly, and they greet me when I come in. I really appreciate everyone being so nice!!

It’s just alright. They’d be better if the buns were toasted but the bun was literally soggy mush. I ended up with ketchup on my burger, not the relish I asked for.
There was an older couple who came in after me. We were the only people eating inside and when their order was ready the staff just kept saying “#40” over and over and over and over again when the couple clearly didn’t hear or were just deep in a conversation. The staff could’ve easily just brought it to them or said excuse me sir/ma’am. Just a mediocre (at best) burger for an extraordinary price. Add a lil humility to your customer service and don’t serve wet bread so the experience matches the prices. Also, the lettuce was very wrong. Check that out. Lettuce should be crisp not limp and lifeless.

It was my first time eating at Five Guys. The bacon cheese burger was delicious and on point and also the Carmel milk shake was very good. The fries is good but too much salt on them is there a way they can put less salt on them.

The burgers are big and juicy, the seasoned fries are amazing, and the cashiers are upbeat and friendly. The music was hard rock (a favorite of mine!) and it added to the fun, upbeat atmosphere.
