I do not usually care for Chinese food because it taste like random foods covered in soysauce syrup. Here, the selection is not huge, but the foods actually had more complex layers of flavors. The soy sauce was not overly heavy or sweet. I could taste broccoli carrots and chicken through the sauce. Everyone was friendly. I’d definitely recommend it.

Food is good but tables were sticky and walls had spots were food wasn’t cleaned. My husband drove passed the back of the restaurant and there were piles of trash bags and boxes. Kitchen doesn’t look clean from back door.

We love this place & we are so sad to see the doors close. This place is the only place in Matthews that serves Imperial chicken. The food was always fresh & always had good flavor. I hope it reopens soon.
