The Service was top notch and the food was beyond amazing!!!!!
Also the pizza they make, best I have ever eaten lol
· Easy, chilled and relaxed atmosphere.
· Alex & Dimitri very friendly and attentive
· The green fried tomatoes and the pizzas were yummy
· Had a spectacular red wine – Kekfankos (Hungarian)
· We had a great evening and will be telling all our amigos and coworkers & we will be back!
The Parisian gnocchi? TO. DIE. FOR. Especially when paired with the meatballs and polenta—a combo so good, I found myself back just a week later. The pizza? Solid. The cocktails? Perfectly balanced. And if you’re ending the night with dessert, do not skip the tiramisu balls, happiness in every bite.
The pizzas and dishes are incredibly executed. Mostly justifying the ambitious price points. Greenwich is not your average weeknight pizza fix, but if you want to entertain and impress some friends who don’t mind spending a bit of cash; you’ve chosen well to come here.
The food was incredible including the pizza, ricotta dumplings, and the fried green tomatoes which were my personal favorite. Got multiple compliments from the whole group on nearly every single dish, even the salad.
The service staff was also so accommodating and friendly! Special shout out to them for impeccable timing/good flow throughout the night, working with allergies, and making the event feel so special! They boxed up leftovers for us at the end of the night and made sure everyone felt attended to.
Delores was also great to work with in coordinating the event and their event marketing materials were thoughtfully laid out and more comprehensive than any other restaurant I reached out to.
Great semi-private space which doesn’t detract from the rest of the restaurant’s energy, but quiet enough to enjoy your own party. Cool views of kitchen from above.
Overall amazing, will absolutely be back and would recommend for large groups to anyone else.
Rushed service ruined what could have been a nice dinner. My partner and I were repeatedly reminded of a strict 90-minute table limit—something not mentioned when we made the reservation. When booking through OpenTable, we noticed there’s a $20 per person hold for cancellations, but no heads-up about being rushed during the meal.
The pasta was excellent, but the Margherita pizza arrived cold with a hard crust. Dessert wasn’t offered; we had to ask for it, and even then the waiter reminded us of the time limit and another reservation waiting. A 20% gratuity is automatically added to the bill, making the impersonal service even more frustrating.
We were excited to try the lemon, lime, or orange cello as a palate cleanser, but never got the chance. The owners and chef may want to re-evaluate what type of culture they are trying to establish—burn-and-turn, or meaningful interaction?
