This is robbery. Y’all don’t care. And then I get this automated response to my review. No wonder why things never get corrected there. Why would I take even more time out of my day when I’m already at an inconvenience and call some person and some other state that doesn’t know a damn thing about this location so I can tell them what happened to me while I was here or visit a website and leave a review you’re asking me to do extra steps because you gave me bad service. How does that make sense? It doesn’t. More dystopian BS. By the way everybody McDonald’s has two for five on any kind of biscuits you want if you just go in and use the kiosk. I never thought I would say this, but McDonald’s and Hardee’s have both surpassed jacks in terms of breakfast. I got a burger there one day it’s one of the best burgers I’ve ever had in my life but the other 9 out of 10 were dry. That’s another problem y’all put your meat in these meat holders and let it dry out so the customer gets a dry bland burger. From now on when I order a burger there if it’s not that fresh I’m going to request it be remade every single time and it’s going to cost your money until you learn how to do things right

After Hardee’s informed me they were “out of biscuits” I headed on over to Jack’s. The person who took my order seemed to be completely disgusted that I was there to get food. I got a sausage biscuit. This is how it looked. About a half piece of sausage with a couple of crumbled pieces. I am basically done with fast food places. They are gross, overpriced, and completely careless.

Went late at night after Church. Had never been to a Jack’s before. Didn’t have a clue what their sauce was. So, the Cashier put some in a condiment cup and gave us each a fry to sample it with. The food was pretty good. They had gotten slammed hard after Church and had run out of napkins but gave us some paper towels

Check your bag before you drive off, this location often leaves things out. Their grilled chicken salad only has one chicken finger on it. Staff isn’t very welcoming.

Ordered (2) patty melt combos with no mushrooms or onions, (2) kiddy chick sandwiches and a medium lemonade, a crispy chicken salad with ranch dressing. Received the salad, (4) cheeseburgers plain, (3) fries undercooked and our drinks. Was told to pull in a parking space because they had to drop the tenders. A truck 4 places in front of me was still waiting for (2) drumsticks when I left. They told him it would be 20 minutes for his (2) pieces of chicken. I went in to get some ketchup and of course, there are 5-6 people working and nobody eating inside. In total, (4) customers in the drive thru, 20 -30 minutes for the wrong food. We paid right under 40 bucks for this. We’re going back to get the rest of our food. The receipt was correct, the food not even close. Tighten up Jacks.

Went through the drive thru on 1/12/24. Paid for my food and got a drink. Sat at the drive through for 15 minutes and was then asked to pull forward. Once pulled forward, I sat there for another 10 minutes before finally going in. Went inside and gave the manager my receipt and told her I had been waiting 25 minutes on my food. Well, they DELETED my order off the screen, never even started on it. The manager went back and made my meal herself which I appreciate but this will probably be the last time that I visit this location if I even go back to a jacks. This isn’t the first problem I’ve had with them, just the one I felt needed a review. Total wait time was 35 minutes and for eggs that were over cooked.
