Overall Entire bad experience. I had a reservation at 8:30 we get there and the place is packed. I tell them I’m here and we weren’t seated for 30 minutes. Two big groups walk in way after us and are seated before us, and it was only 2 of us. I asked them what’s the hold up they said they are short staffed and I’m not understanding what that has to do with a table not being available and 2 big groups being seated before us 2, even tho we had a reservation. Finally 30 minutes later we are seated and they seated us way in the back. They played good music but it was obnoxiously loud, couldn’t even hear each other speak. The waitress took out drinks and we didn’t receive them for about 15 minutes. Then she took our food orders and didn’t get our food till 20 minutes later. And she put down to put shrimp in my salad instead of my pasta, which she probably couldn’t hear me because the music was so loud. The food was not even all that great I could’ve made that at home and it would’ve tasted better. And once I paid the waitress took forever to give me my change back. Definitely wanted to walk completely out of there and since the beginning but 10000% will never go back. The only things that were good was the cocktails and the salad.

Went on a lark, so glad we did! Very chique vibe, clean and upscale, lots of attention to detail with the decor. M-F has a deal, $25 for hookah and a cocktail, very attentive service! Delicious hookah, attentive coal service. Got hummus with steak and tabouleh – hummus is made in house and was delicious, even if the pita wasn’t my favorite. Tabouleh had great flavor, good portion. Upstairs seating was very romantic, even if the panoramic LED strip was on the fritz. Forgivable for how friendly all the staff were. Will definitely be coming back!

Excellent Service! Delicious food and drinks. Our server Allison was so sweet and tentative to our needs. She was very knowledgeable about the drinks and the food. Kimberly, the general manager, was also amazing. The atmosphere was very chilled and relaxing. The decor was perfect. My husband and I highly recommend Bianka for a night out with friends, a birthday get-together, or a romantic dinner with your loved one.

I’ve been looking for a good bar and lounge since I’ve moved to Baton Rouge. I’m so glad to have found Bianka. I appreciate the isolated hookah spaces away from people who just want to dine in. the second floor has a very romantic vibe. the lighting is perfectlt bright per table. the place overall is comfortably dim. the music is very present but it doesn’t get in the way of a quiet conversation with company. the food is great. Just so awesome and delicious. I found this place yesterday, and came back today, next day. there’s so much to appreciate. options for virgin drinks and all. and their beverage selection is fabulous. if you’re a bailey’s drinker, you must try Orgasm.

Husband and I have visited twice during the beginning of week during hours that should be happy hour. Surprisingly, there is no Happy Hour for drink prices. We sat at the bar in a nearly empty restaurant. We ordered margaritas and one order of wings to share -8 wingetts. We ordered two more margaritas and no additional food. We did pay $10 for each drink so we assumed $40 bucks for the drinks. Oh, wait, waiter asked if we wanted Patron, we said yes – 8 more bucks. Bottom line for a drink before dinner that we were planning to eat at home, we paid $84.00. The place charged us $11 gratuity plus around $7.00 in taxes. Way too expensive. I really feel ripped off. Come on. Why no happy hour prices and gratuity for sitting at the bar. Yes that is what we were told. Lovely atmosphere and music that I enjoy (R&B) but for a Tuesday night drink, snack, and adult time with my boo – too much. Definitely not worth nearly $100.00.

I previously visited this restaurant for a birthday dinner in August and had a much better experience, which made this visit especially disappointing. During this visit, the server requested payment before all food was delivered and while people in our party were still eating. Guests had to stop mid-meal and remove their hands from their food to pay, which felt rushed and inappropriate.
I’m not sure if this treatment was because our group was younger, but the service was well below average. I also cannot comment on the food because I never received my meal. Everyone around me was served — including members of my party who arrived and ordered later, as well as tables seated after us. To-go boxes were being handed out, and the server repeatedly asked for payment, yet I still had no food.
It felt as though the focus was on collecting payment rather than providing proper service. Based on this experience, I will not be returning.

The waiter Nick!!!! I can’t express how Wonderful he was! His service was very attentive, he knows the menu and his recommendations were all spot on!!! We enjoyed the vibe of Biankas so much words can’t describe it. This place is a definite hidden gem of Baton Rouge. FYI…Nick is off on Wed and Thurs. We will be back and requesting Nick as our server! Give hm a Bonus.
