WARNING FOR EVERYONE THEY REUSE FOOD AND COFFEE FROM THE NIGHT BEFORE IT GROWS BACTERIA AFTER A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF HOURS!!!! REPORT TO CORPORATE IMMEDIATELY!!!!!! I come in here to get my coffee early in the morning. There’s no ice in it no cookie pieces no whipped cream. The coffee is hot and it’s supposed to be a signature latte. I have literally had this happen to me twice the woman who works there can’t make a coffee or a latte of her life depended on it. I have literally been a loyal customer of theirs every single morning. I wish that she would stop making my coffee or my latte because she can’t make it and I get disappointed because I can’t even give the app to refund my money for the coffee that she has messed up. Does anyone know how to get a refund from the app? If so, please comment down below even in the morning when they’re supposed to be there they’re rushing around to get there to the store. They don’t open on time. They’re literally pulling in and rushing to open because they can’t be there on time. This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to and the one in havre de grace is even worse!

I normally buy Dunkin from Maryland rest area but it’s too crowded .. I hence thought of taking an exit , for Dunkin and visited this one. Unfortunately this one was crowded too. And very slow service 🙁 we had sour dough bread egg sandwich and it wasn’t that good. We asked them to toast the bread but it wasn’t toasted at all. They just threw an egg layer and gave it off to us. Coffee was ok too. Very watery . Hash browns were good. Overall an average experience..

I got the blueberry lemonade refresher and it was amazing so flavorful and I was able to use my app and get my drink for three dollars. I highly recommend trying any of the new refresher flavors they have.
